Since the last update in splinterlands I have not been able to access my account. Every time I click "Accept All" the processing icon stays permanently on the screen and does nothing else, as shown in the image.
When I logged into my splinterlands account to play, many messages appeared simultaneously. A message that I should update the "daily focus", a message about the update, a message about the frays in brawls, and the message to claim the end of season rewards. And at the end the "Accept All" message to access the account.
The problem arose, I believe, when I clicked on the privacy policy link to see if there were any changes to the privacy policy or terms and conditions. But, after reading and verifying the information and clicking accept everything, the system was stuck on the processing screen.
I have been trying to log in for hours and it has not been possible to get past that screen. Even though I can see other game screens such as the guild, sps, etc. Every time I try to do an operation that involves the blockchain it crashes again.
I have already sent the report to support through the page, but I do not receive any type of response, not even a message that they have received my report. I don't use Discord and I don't want to use it.
I hope @yabapmatt reads this and enables more effective means of contacting support.
UPDATE: I got access to my account again! Basically problems with persistent cache that after severals times managed to erase it. Following support tips.
