Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle.
Battle details: I played with death splinter and my opponent used a earth splinter against me. Water teams were banned in this battle.
It was a battle with 14 mana cap and three rules:
Reverse Speed: Monsters with the lowest speed attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks.
Fog of War: Monsters lose the Sneak, Snipe and Opportunity abilities.
Odd Ones Outs: Only monsters with odd mana cost may be used in battles.
Summoner, THADDIUS BROOD level 8. This summoner lowers enemy magic attack power and health.
First Position, HYDRA level 3. This monster has Heal, Thorns and Retaliate abilities.
Second Position, LIFE SAPPER level 4. This mage can gain more health because it has Life Leech ability.
In this battle rules and battle mana cap were very limiting. I thought about using ANCIENT LICH as my main weapon because it is very slow and powerful mage. But in the end I decided to risk using HYDRA. It is very fast so with reverse speed rule I knew that it will become super slow. But it has Heal so I decided that this could be worth it. I also used LIFE SAPPER because it can gain more health. Due to Fog of War rule and my HYDRA heal ability I was sure that my mage will have plenty of time to hide and gain health.
My opponent used a lot of weak monsters. Most of his units were not able to attack until they were pushed in first position. I on the other hand only had a few more powerful monsters. My enemies lacked the fire power to kill my HYDRA so I won.
