The season in the Splinterlands game, which is ongoing, is going to end in five days and five hours from now, but by the time I'll be able to publish this blog, this will be almost like 5 days, so consider it 5 days only. What I have done in the last couple of days is that I played more battles, and now I am playing in the Diamond One League, where I have achieved a 3500 rating and just need a gap of 200 ratings for me to enter the Champion League. I hope I'm able to do that because there are 5 days, which I think is more than enough to make it happen, and I feel like I'll be able to do that.
While we experience the amazing fun in the game every season and that's in the last two weeks in general. The season is all about playing more battles and following different strategies in different leagues, and at the end of the season, we are rewarded with some cards and some tokens, which seems repetitive at some moment, but to be honest, it is not repetitive because every season we have to struggle with different challenges, and the reward is not at all consistent. The reward is primarily based on the league we are playing and how much SPS power we're holding in the game, so there are multiple parameters on which the reward is distributed, so it's not like if you are a player in the game, then you are going to get rewarded every season with the same amount.
For example, in the current season, when I am playing in the Diamond League and I've achieved a rating of 3500, which itself is a good achievement in the season, and I'm very happy with it, but if I'm able to unlock Champion in the next few days, it is going to be like a Cherry on the Cake. I mean, entering the Champions League is not easy, but now, because I use high-level cards and play more battles in the season so it's a possibility; however, there have been multiple seasons in the past when even after trying a lot, I was not able to unlock the Champions League. Even at some point in time, moving from gold to diamond was a big journey, and it required a lot of time, but somehow I improved, and now I think it's been a very long time, which can be a few months since I did not end the season in Gold League.
Now, if I take you through the season activity for me, where this match history, you can see where I lost the battle. I still lose a lot of battles on the battleground, and my winning ratio is still below 50% so roughly it is 40 to 45% which means I win around 4 to 5 battles out of 10 battles. And I consider this a good achievement for me, but some people are doing even better than me. While I win some battles, I also lose a lot of battles, and it's a game. So obviously, there is always room for improvement, and I try, and I hope someday my winning ratio will cross 50% or maybe even more, but when is the question of when I am not able to answer currently.

Now as this season is going to end in next few days so I'm going to play as it will and if it helps me move into the next link it is great but I think the diamond is also not bad because more or less my rewards are going to be the same unless I increase my SPS power significantly which is not going to happen for next few weeks I hope but I have a plan to do this.

I think this game has an Elo system like other competitive games. It's related to the points you gain and lose. For example, if you gain 20 points when you win and lose 10 points when you lose, you can easily move up in your league even with a 40% win rate. A 50% win rate is generally not bad at all. Good luck in the Champions League challenge.
