In this post I will talk about how you can reach a bigger audience, get more rewards and promote your favourite games efficiently. It's mainly targeted towards people who write content on hive, but even if you are just here to read, you can benefit from this post as well! Also, this is not really limited to HIVE games, you can promote basically anything.

Quick summary

Long story short, I'm talking about cross posting your content! Well cross posting and being active on multiple platforms. Posting stuff on Hive is awesome, but you will mainly reach an audience that already knows about splinterlands (or any other hive game). So the biggest reason to cross-post is to reach a new audience where you can introduce more new players to the game.

I have noticed this myself, I will get more affiliate signups through a cross posted article than when I stick to hive. Which means that I have helped growing splinterlands a little little bit. The bigger the splinterlands communities can get on other platforms than HIVE, the more we can reach potential new players, this is actually the main reason why I'm writing this post.

Also, there is something in it for you as well of course. You will get additional rewards in crypto and more potential affiliate signups, so a great win-win. Remeber, you have already put in the effort to create the post, all you have to do now is copy and paste once/a couple of times and get a lot more rewards, why would you not do this?

Where to cross-post

Allright, so we are all on board that cross-posting is good, but where is the best place to do this? Well, you can basically do this anywhere you want, twitter seems like a good start, however, I'm personally not the biggest fan of twitter.

For me, Publish0x is the best cross-posting platform for my splinterlands content. If you are not signed up yet, using my affiliate link would be very much appreciated: Publish0x

I will talk a bit more about Publish0x later in this article and explain why it's my favourite place to start cross-posting.

I also started using read.cash very recently. Again, if you would not have an account there yet, using my link would be very much appreciated: read.cash

Read.cash definitely feels a bit clunky right now, I published an article a couple of hours ago and it didn't even get a single view. However, I will need to use it for a couple days at least before I can really get an opinion about it. I guess this will become better in time.

Also, if you are one of the few people who is creating splinterlands content, but has not yet joined the HIVE community, you should: HIVE

About Publish0x

Let me explain why publish0X is my favourite cross-posting platform.

For starters, you don't need to edit anything in your post in terms of markup or styling, you can literally just copy and paste, that's it! The only thing you will still need to do is add the tags and manually add the post image, but that only takes a couple of seconds. Lot's of other platforms require you to hop into the post and manually make the titles larger, include the images manually, etc.

Publish0x also works with a reward system where anyone can tip anyone, and you don't need to have anything staked. Both the rewarder and the rewarded get a portion of the tip. This means that you can also earn a bit of crypto by simply tipping other posts.

The rewards are pretty decent, but I did notice that I earn better with the posts that are targetted towards non-splinterlands players as well. So posts like "why splinterlands is a great investment" will do a lot better than a post like "A Silver league Yodin Zaku guide" on Publish0x. The first type of content earns me around $1-$3, whereas the strategy guides will only make around $0.15, just to give you an idea. However, keep in mind that this only takes me a couple of seconds, because it's a simple copy paste. Also, you should keep in mind that I get an affiliate signup once in a while and most of these come from publish0x.

Also for non-content creators

Even if you are not a content creator yourself you can help to grow splinterlands communities on other platforms. You can even earn some rewards by simply tipping on publish0x for example.

Following and supporting people that are posting about spslinterlands will also help!

See you there?

If you do signup on any of these platforms, make sure to hit me up! I'm trying to follow and tip/upvote everybody that is creating splinterlands content.

If you are already on Publish0x there is a big chance that I'm already following you, if not, let me know!

Conclusion

There is no reason why you should not be cross-posting! More rewards for you, more exposure for splinterlands (or anything you want to help grow) and the splinterlands communities will grow outside of HIVE as well!

If you are just starting out and you want to keep it simple, just start with cross-posting to publish0x.

If anybody is using another place to cross-post that I should know about please leave a comment and let me know!

Reddit is also a good one indeed!

nice article, very useful information. I have know loads of people from my years in the Tcg sector that could be interested in something like spliterlands but not sure how to start exposing them to content.
