Hello dear game lovers, it is a great honor to participate in this challenge proposed by the community, where we are invited to share part of what has been our experience within the game and this wonderful community, already in a previous publication I shared part of my experience in this game and here I will try to remember some other things related to my journey in the game.
This has been a journey full of learning since Blockchain and cryptocurrencies burst into our lives to take an important part of our daily lives, one of the most interesting developments after the arrival of Bitcoin, in my opinion were the social networks based on Blockchain, a real revolution for this time since bloggers could begin to monetize their content in an unconventional way.
With the creation of the Blockchain appeared more DAaps developments that allow us to interact in such chains and with them the famous Play2ern games, among them Splinterlands pioneer in this type of games.
My arrival at Splinterlands.
With my beginnings in writing and editing in the Hive network, came also the creation of relationships and ties within the different communities where I began to read about the game, which caught my attention, it was a game in which you could not only have fun, but you could also generate some income.
In the midst of the relationships that were generated within the platform I met a user named @achim03 who kindly helped me create an account doing everything necessary so I could start my journey in the game.
I think that the community is very important for all newcomers, as it was at that time for me because in addition to all the help provided by @achim03 I met a user who made me an important contribution with their delegations, this was our friend @he-went-rogue, who delegated me an important amount of cards both in number and level, to be honest now I do not remember how many but it was an important amount.
My time in Splinterlands.
I've been here since 2019, so we've had several years of ups and downs but nevertheless, we have not given up with the exception that due to force majeure we were forced to sell our card collection in 2021 but we have had a good comeback and so far we have accumulated a good amount of cards that we continue and growing our collection.
To which I must say that we got a good return for the effort, that is, it was worth it and it is still worth it to accumulate towards the future and that is what we are trying to do, so that we can create a powerful account again this time not with the vision of selling everything but to continue growing with the ecosystem.
Plans for the future.
I mentioned before that my main plan is to accumulate as many cards as possible, also accumulate as many SPS tokens as possible and if the economy allows me to invest in other elements of the game as Lands and other novelties that this great ecosystem has.
Some advice to newcomers.
The first thing we must exercise is patience, this is an ecosystem to accumulate, in fact collectible cards are its main asset, the rest are the tokens of the game that you also need to accumulate to grow in the game.
If you have the ability to invest it is good to buy some cards to position yourself in a league, bronze or silver to start the journey while you gain experience.
Look for help in the community, establish relationships with more experienced players to provide you with a kind of advice to make your journey and learning faster.
In conclusion, being part of Splinterands is an experience that you will not regret, because in addition to fun you will generate some income and if things go well with the crypto market and the asset market you can recover your initial investment of $10 and start generating a modest but steady passive income, in addition to the accumulation of game assets that you will be making every week.
