My Season Progress

in Splinterlands15 hours ago

Greetings to all Splinterlands players and hive gaming community! My game progress so far in the season. I'm playing in Silver II and earning sufficient rewards. I'm on track to my SPS and glint rewards to buy chests after the season ends. I'm having a blast winning games with my borrowed archons. They have levelled up my game and enabled me to over power my opponents. I'll show some of my games this season.

Game 1

This game brought much pleasure. I thought I was at a disadvantage because my opponent had more legendary and epic cards in his line up. My own team had a legendary archon Dragonlord Mancer. My tank was Doomshield Warden then another tank, Saltwraith Bulkhead followed. I had Bruteborn and Saurian in my line up. They are best cards to use with Dragonlord Mancer as they are give Scavenger skills. What makes Dragonlord Mancer overpowered are the two skills Bloodlust and Corrupted Healing given to two cards. I gave the skills to Godsnot Sorceress and Calabash Sage. They have high archer attacks and can increase their stats with Bloodlust. They are in the back position and ideal healers. My opponent had strong dragon cards like Zyrx the Emberglace, Zarin the Scorch and Desolation. They are strong units along with the other cards in the opponent's team. This proved the power of my archon. He elevated my units despite the disadvantage and claimed the victory.

Game 2

The other legendary archon I borrowed was Elowen Sylphie. She gives Resurgence and Trample skills to two cards. I'm not that impressed with her Bloodline Dominion skill because I don't have cards to take advantage of it.

I had Doomshield Warden again in front and Dire Bear at second. I gave them the Resurgence and Trample skills because Trample is for melee cards. It's also best to give them Resurgence because they are the front line cards. I filled my team with high attack magic and archers. My opponent had a good team. He had an Arachne Weaver with Corrupted healing because the modifier included Reckless. The game was carried by my two front cards. They were able to utilize Trample several times in the game, attacking the next card after killing their target. Like in the first game, the archon gave me the edge in this game.

Having a guild is super important. Without it you can not collect any Gladiators
