The packs will go towards your sps airdrop as well. So the more you get, the more sps you will get airdropped, the more vouchers you get. It's a bit of circle thing. You will also be able to sell what packs you buy too. So people who don't get any vouchers will still be able to buy the packs in the pre sale period. Also there was something written about bonus cards for those that buy pre-sale packs.
