FOG OF WAR
Hello Splinterlands friends, one more week we are going to analyze a battle condition of the game and this time it is the turn to talk about Fog of War.

As usual we will start talking about what this battle condition consists of, then later on we will analyze how to get an advantage thanks to it and finally I will share a combat with this battle condition in play.
Como es habitual empezaremos hablando de qué consiste esta condición de batalla para más adelante analizar cómo conseguir ventaja gracias a ella y finalmente compartiré un combate con ésta condición de batalla en juego.
Let's start by talking about what the Fog of War condition consists of.
Empecemos hablando en que consiste la condición Fog of War.
What is the "FOG OF WAR" condition?
When this condition is in play all cards lose the ability Sneak and Snipe.
Cuando esta condición está en juego todas las cartas pierden la habilidad Sneak y Snipe.
How to get advantage
Let's take a look at some simple tips to take advantage of this battle condition:
- My first tip is to try not to use cards with abilities like Sneak and Snipe since you won't be able to use them in combat.
- Cards with magic attack gain prominence when this battle condition is in play.
- Use summoners that increase our magic attack or decrease our enemy's magic attack. A good practice is to use Obsidian or Delwyn Dragonscale if we want to increase our magic attack and Bortus or Thaddius Brood if we want to reduce our enemy's magic attacks.
- It is important to use a good tank in the first position6 and magic and ranged attack cards afterwards that can attack whatever their position is.
- You can use cards with the Opportunity ability.
Cómo obtener ventaja Veamos unos sencillos consejos para sacar ventaja ante ésta condición de batalla:
- Mi primer consejo es intentar no usar cartas con habilidades como Sneak y Snipe ya que no podrán usarlas en combate.
- Las cartas con ataque mágico ganan protagonismo cuando esta condición de batalla está en juego.
- Usar invocador que aumenten nuestro ataque mágico o disminuyan el de nuestro enemigo. Una buena práctica es usar a Obsidian o Delwyn Dragonscale si queremos aumentar nuestro ataque mágico y Bortus o Thaddius Brood si queremos reducir los ataques mágicos de nuestro enemigo.
- Es importante usar un buen tanque en primera posición6y cartas de ataque mágico y a distancia después que puedan atacar sea cual sea su posición.
- Puedes usar cartas con la habilidad Opportunity.
A Battle with "FOG OF WAR" condition

In it I face a tough opponent who plays with the Death element. While I continue playing with the Water element with which I feel comfortable thanks to the balance of cards it has. This time I decide to play with mostly magic attack cards.
El combate que he seleccionado es de uno de los torneos que he jugado esta semana en Splinterlands. En él me enfrento a un duro rival que juega con el elemento Muerte. Mientras yo sigo jugando con el elemento Agua con el que me siento cómodo gracias al equilibrio de cartas que tiene. Ésta vez decido jugar con cartas de ataque mágico en su mayoría.

Round 1
The fight begins with hard blows that Baakjira receives and that end up destroying him. My attacks are mostly directed at Arkemis the Bear who ends up badly wounded.
El combate comienza con duros golpes que recibe Baakjira y que terminan por destruirlo. Mis ataques van dirigidos en su mayoría a Arkemis the Bear que acaba malherido.
Round 2
In the second turn I destroy Arkemis the Bear and luckily Djinn Oshannus dodges several of the attacks received. In addition Flagulon Reine activates Bloodlust* for the first time and her attack power is already very powerful.
En el segundo turno destruyo a Arkemis the Bear y por suerte Djinn Oshannus esquiva varios de los ataque recibidos. Además Flagulon Reine activa por primera vez Bloodlust y su poder de ataque ya es muy poderoso.
Round 3
I start the third turn losing Djinn Oshannus but my accurate hits allow me to eliminate Djinn Muirat and Raa this turn. My enemy has many ranged attacking creatures with the problem that they will not be able to attack from the first position.
Comienza el tercer turno perdiendo a Djinn Oshannus pero mis golpes certeros hacen que pueda eliminar este turno a Djinn Muirat y Raa. Mi enemigo cuanta con muchas criaturas de ataque a distancia con el problema de que no van a poder atacar desde la primera posición.
Round 4
In the fourth turn Flagulon Reine destroys again an enemy creature, this time Soul Strangler activating again Bloodlust. In addition I also eliminate Liza Fox and the combat is finished since my enemy can't do anything to turn the result around.
En el cuarta turno Flagulon Reine vuelve a destruir a una criatura enemigo, esta vez a Soul Strangler volviendo a activar Bloodlust. Además también elimino a Liza Fox y el combate está terminado ya mi enemigo ya nada puede hacer por dar la vuelta al resultado.
Round 5
Finally, in turn 5, another series of blows makes Lira the Dark end up on the ground eliminated.
Por último, en el turno 5 otra serie de golpes hacen que Lira the Dark termine por los suelos eliminada.
My opinion
Playing with the Fog of War battle condition is relatively simple. I prefer to play with magic attack cards and some card that can also defend against magic attacks. With ranged attack cards we will have no problems when defending and attacking.
Jugar con la condición de batalla Fog of War es relativamente sencillo. Prefiero jugar con cartas de ataque mágico y alguna carta que pueda defenderse también de los ataques mágicos. Con cartas de ataque a distancia no tendremos problemas a la hora de defendernos y atacar.
