It's full of decisions but what is your view of maxing out cards to get the extra 5% collection power. Would that be worth more compared to renting out individuals?

The additional 5% collection power is certainly nice to have but for me maxing the card out is really because I need it to be competitive at a higher level.
what is the 5% extra? i do not know about it.

When you max out a card, you get an additional 5% collection points bonus.

Yes, for every fully maxed card, there is an additional 5% bonus in collection points.
