I think vouchers going for the next 2 million packs after presale is a good idea because it will help the value of SPS to rise faster for all of us who have invested our money and time into this game.
I am very poor in real life, so I agree with @gregory-f about dropping the cutoff for earnings vouchers so that smaller players like myself can purchase a presale pack at a discount.
