It’s been 29 days since I returned to Splinterlands, and the last few days have been tough.
For the past 3 consecutive days, I couldn’t complete my daily rewards—yet I still completely drained my energy points. That’s probably the most frustrating part: playing so much but not reaping enough.
🏆 The Only Bright Spot
I’m still holding on in the Gold League, which is a small victory in itself.
But as for the Frontier Draw, luck just isn’t on my side—I haven’t pulled a single raffle card, even though I had plenty of entries.
😓 Feeling the Burnout
To be honest, the excitement I had during my first days back—when every battle and chest felt like progress—is starting to fade.
Maybe it’s because:
Rewards don’t feel worth the grind lately
Too many defeats drain motivation
The RNG (randomness) on draws and loot can be discouraging
🚀 What’s Next?
I don’t plan on stopping—but I think I need a new approach:
Focus more on strategic battles, not just burning through energy
Experiment with different splinters to break the monotony
Set weekly goals, instead of daily ones, to avoid frustration
💬 Question for the Community
How do you stay motivated in Splinterlands during dry spells?
Do you push through daily quests no matter what, or do you pace yourself to avoid burnout?
I’d love to hear how you keep the fun alive while grinding through the leagues.
