Quite a small stats kind of monster to have likeness for but the moment I came up against CRYPT BEETLE, I liked its ability to reduce melee and range attack, we are looking a LIVING LAVA kind of monster here.
With today's quest being Death, one of the battles I enjoyed was this shared battle featuring CRYPT BEETLE, rendering SIVERSHIELD ASSASIN'S attack ineffective isn't some ability expected from such a monsters explorers often assume is just a nuisance until they they a surprise of their life.
Instead, tales are told of the crypt beetles. Enormous insects that are found feeding on the corpses within. Most explorers think they are a mere nuisance and will try to scare them away from whatever tomb they are choosing to rob.
But things don't end well for those explorers.
