Looks like a decent card, I'll be selecting a neutral card too, because it just serves a lot of purpose. It's also great to know it's unlimited, can you resell or exchange it for other cards too?

The neutral card is limited to 250 copies, but saying that the card wasn't limited, I was talking about how neutral can be used in any splinter type except when the ruleset stops it.
