They haven't even given specific details on how (or if - but it sounds likely) vouchers will be used in the regular sale of Chaos Legion.

Thanks for the tag, Kenny!! They did say the vouchers will be VERY valuable and worthy of keeping, although NOT worthy of keeping more than buying the presale packs, but the vouchers are now such a hot item, IDK..... we shall see, right? It's INCREDIBLE TIMES!! :)
