Cuando inicias en el juego, surgen muchas dudas de que mazo deberían de comprar y/o alquilar, esto es abrumador ya que existen muchos SETS en la actualidad, por lo que, saber cual es el mas económico, no es que sea complicado, pero saber y estimar un costo real, podría ser una investigación que duraría horas o quizás algunos días recolectar el valor de varios de las ediciones, pero, déjame decirte que hay formas de saber esto de forma mucho más rápida y sencilla.

Por supuesto, les mostrare donde buscar y como acelerar la investigación para que puedan obtener la información, ademas de mis recomendaciones sobre cual podría ser la mejor puerta de entrada en el juego competitivo, ya que como ya deben de saber, existen varios formatos de juego y el jugar en uno u otro dependerá de la cantidad de capital y/o liquidez que posea el jugador, así que, vamos a ver todo esto en esta publicación que espero les sirva.

**Si quieren saber cómo conocer el valor estimado de estos SETS, lee hasta el final, esta es información que no se ve por allí, así que sígueme para estar atento a todo el contenido que traigo sobre Splinterlands. **

Plataformas para conocer el valor estimado de los SETS

Antes de mostrarles las plataformas, deben de saber que, elegir los SETS dependerá como dije antes del capital que tengan disponible para invertir y entrar en el juego competitivo, por lo que, lo primero que deben de saber es cuanto están dispuestos a invertir en el juego, en este caso especifico en las cartas que necesitan, así que, para esto, tenemos que:

Dependiendo del capital, elegir el entre los formatos “Moderno y Salvaje”, la diferencia es que en Moderno juegas solo con los 2 SETS mas recientes y en el Salvaje con todos los que existen hasta ahora.
Una vez que vean el precio aproximado de los SETS de casualidad no poseen el capital necesario para ingresar, la única opción que tienen es “Alquilar” estos mazos por 15 días y estimar los gastos para saber al final de la temporada si estamos en ganancias o pérdidas. Esto es muy importante si es que decidimos al final alquilar los SETS.

MonsterMarket y Splintercards

Las plataformas en donde puedes estimar los costos de los SETS, son 2, las cuales mencione en el subtítulo, ambas muestran muchas veces información diferente y en algunos casos es errónea, pero, la idea es que puedan estimar el costo de estos SETS y planificarse en consecuencia, en todo caso, la idea es comparar la información dada por estas plataformas con el valor real de las cartas en el mercado, ya que, muchas veces puede que se muestre un costo elevado de estas cartas y resulta que realmente es mucho mas económica.

Pero, mejor veamos que tal se ve y como usarlas:

Como pueden ver en la imagen anterior he seleccionado como ejemplo el set de “Chaos Legion”, el cual es el más económico con diferencia del resto, esto es porque hay muchas cartas en circulación lo que diluyo el valor de estas prácticamente al mínimo, por lo que, un costo de entrada muy económico es sin duda esta edición, pero, veamos los filtros y que es lo que muestra:

Seleccionar los Splinters: Aquí yo los seleccione todos para estimar el costo de todos, pero, puedes ir poco a poco e iniciar por el que más te guste o por el mismo orden que poseen.

Seleccionar las Ediciones: En este caso y como parte del ejemplo, seleccione “Chaos Legion”, sin embargo, se encuentra hasta la edición de “Rebellion”, aun Conclave Arcana no ha sido añadido. La idea es que selecciones varios y compares.

Tipo de lamina y ligas: Yo seleccione las laminas regulares, esto es lo normal, ya que las doradas son mucho más costosas, por otro lado, seleccione la liga de “Diamante”, ya que aquí se muestran las cartas en su nivel máximo y como no hay topes de nivel, independientemente de la liga en la que juegues, la idea es apuntar a los niveles más altos.

Excluir cartas: Al final en los filtros puedes seleccionar que cartas excluir del set, con el objetivo de reducir el costo aproximado. En este caso he excluido los arcontes/invocadores legendarios de esta edición para reducir los costos.

Como pueden ver, el costo total de esta edición es de $546.84, un SET completo al máximo nivel, sin incluir los arcontes/invocadores legendarios.

Splintercards

En Splintercards no hay mucho que analizar, la información aquí se resume de forma mucho más sencilla mostrando la cantidad de cartas de cada rareza en el set, la cantidad de BCX de las mismas y su valor, posterior a esto, al final muestra el valor total del SET, el cual muestra que aproximadamente cuesta un total de $398.

Con esto, hay mucha diferencia entre ambas plataformas, ya que $546.84 - $398 = $148.84, por lo que, el siguiente paso aquí es observar de forma manual el valor de las cartas, aunque, hay formas de hacerlo automático por medio de “Peakmonsters” y su herramienta llamada “My Deck”.

Como pueden ver, he comparado de forma manual los precios del mismo SET excluyendo los “Arcontes” legendarios de este, aunque, faltan algunas cartas porque algunas cartas no puede agregarlas de forma automática, por lo que debería de agregarlas manual, pero, no lo hare en esta ocasión, sin embargo, como ven en la imagen, el costo del SET en su nivel mas alto y con la mayoría de las cartas en el, cuesta un total de $371.40, un valor muy aproximado al dado por “Splintercards”.

Pero, lo importante es que se acerca y de esta forma pueden conocer el valor de este “SET”, por supuesto y como ya comenté, pueden comenzar poco a poco, de hecho, si quieren un post de como iniciar o cual seria el orden correcto para comprar las cartas, comente en este post, con gusto lo preparare, ya que esta seria una información bastante valiosa, especialmente para los más nuevos.

¿Cuál es el SET más económico?

Con diferencia la edición de cartas más económica es “Chaos Legion”, no porque sea más débil que el resto, pero, su sobre impresión causo que el valor de las cartas y sus packs disminuyera de forma estrepitosa, pero en líneas generales es una edición bastante fuerte, por lo que, para iniciar, pienso que está muy bien.

Consideraciones finales

Espero que esto los ayude a estimar los gastos de las ediciones existentes en el juego, lamentablemente estas herramientas aun no tienen información sobre el SET mas reciente de Conclave Arcana, pero, podemos también estimarlo de forma manual en un próximo post sin problemas.

So, let's take a look at all of this in this post, which I hope you will find useful.

Platforms for finding out the estimated value of SETS

Before showing you the platforms, you should know that choosing SETS will depend, as I said before, on the capital you have available to invest and enter the competitive game. Therefore, the first thing you need to know is how much you are willing to invest in the game, in this specific case in the cards you need. So, for this, we have to:

Depending on your budget, choose between the "Modern" and "Wild" formats. The difference is that in Modern you only play with the two most recent sets, and in Wild you play with all the sets that exist so far.
Once you see the approximate price of the SETS and realize you don't have the necessary capital to purchase them, the only option you have is to "rent" these decks for 15 days and estimate the expenses to know at the end of the season whether you are making a profit or a loss. This is very important if you ultimately decide to rent the SETS.

MonsterMarket and Splintercards

There are two platforms where you can estimate the costs of SETS, which I mentioned in the subtitle. Both often show different information, and in some cases, it is incorrect. However, the idea is that you can estimate the cost of these SETS and plan accordingly. In any case, the idea is to compare the information provided by these platforms with the actual value of the cards on the market, since they often show a high cost for these cards when in reality they are much cheaper.

But let's see how they look and how to use them:

As you can see in the image above, I have selected the "Chaos Legion" set as an example, which is by far the cheapest of the rest. This is because there are many cards in circulation, which dilutes their value to practically nothing. Therefore, this edition is undoubtedly very inexpensive to get started with, but let's look at the filters and see what they show:

Select the Splinters: Here, I have selected them all to estimate the total cost, but you can take it step by step and start with the one you like best or in the order they appear.

Select Editions: In this case, and as part of the example, select "Chaos Legion." However, it is found in the "Rebellion" edition, and Conclave Arcana has not yet been added. The idea is for you to select several and compare them.

Type of foil and league: I selected the regular cards, which is normal, since the gold ones are much more expensive. On the other hand, I selected the "Diamond" league, since here the cards are shown at their maximum level and, as there are no level caps, regardless of the league you play in, the idea is to aim for the highest levels.

Exclude cards: Finally, in the filters, you can select which cards to exclude from the set in order to reduce the approximate cost. In this case, I have excluded the legendary archons/summoners from this edition to reduce the costs.

As you can see, the total cost of this edition is $546.84, a complete SET at the highest level, not including legendary archons/summoners.

Splintercards

There isn't much to analyze in Splintercards. The information here is summarized in a much simpler way, showing the number of cards of each rarity in the set, the number of BCX for each card, and their value. After this, at the end, it shows the total value of the SET, which shows that it costs approximately $398 in total.

This means there is a big difference between the two platforms, since $546.84 - $398 = $148.84. Therefore, the next step here is to manually check the value of the cards, although there are ways to do this automatically using "Peakmonsters" and its tool called "My Deck."

As you can see, I have manually compared the prices of the same SET excluding the legendary "Archons" from it, although some cards are missing because some cards cannot be added automatically, so I would have to add them manually, but I will not do so on this occasion. However, as you can see in the image, the cost of the SET at its highest level and with most of the cards in it costs a total of $371.40, a value very close to that given by "Splintercards."

Which is the most economical SET?

By far the most economical card edition is "Chaos Legion," not because it is weaker than the rest, but because its overprinting caused the value of the cards and their packs to plummet. However, in general terms, it is a fairly strong edition, so I think it's a great place to start.
