Splinterlands is a collectible card game where you don't necessarily have to buy them to start playing. Thanks to the use of NFTs, combined with Hive's Blockchain, you can rent them from other players, and as soon as the rental period ends, they are automatically returned to their owner. This way, you can start off spending little, and if you like the game, invest in it in the way you find most viable.

It's a play2earn category game, where you play and are rewarded for it by receiving the SPS token, not only for each victory in ranked battles, but also in the many different game modes you play.
SPS(Splintershards) token
To play, it's simple. Each battle will have rules that are randomly selected by the game's algorithm, as well as the amount of mana and elements that will be available. This creates infinite combinations that make each battle unique and memorable, where whoever is best prepared will be the winner.

First, you choose your summoner. This is the main card, as it will improve your team or weaken your opponent. It will also determine the element you play. If you choose a fire summoner, as in the example, you will be forced to play with fire cards.

You have a limit of up to 6 monsters to choose from, in addition to the summoner. The one in the middle will be the tanker, while the ones behind him will be supports and attackers. Some have special abilities to attack those at the back.
In this example, I've chosen a fire summoner, so I can only use fire cards, apart from the neutral ones that don't have element restrictions.
Battle example. The two in the middle will receive attacks from those above/below them.
The aim is to eliminate all your opponent's cards.
Like any other game, although we spend part of our time having fun, we can always learn something. It couldn't be any different with Splinterlands. Because of the dynamics of the game, where the rules change with each battle, you can develop creative skills, as you always need new strategies. In addition, the fact that you always have to be prepared for something different than you were a few minutes ago also improves your ability to deal with adversity.
You can also improve your writing if you decide to write posts like this, just like me. I've improved my Portuguese, which is my native language, as well as learning English by translating all the texts into both languages. And the main thing is that you promote the game and get rewarded for it, thanks to Hive Blockchain, which stands out from other web3 projects.

Splinterlands é um jogo de cartas colecionáveis, onde você não necessariamente precisa comprá-las para começar a jogar. Para jogar, é simples. Cada batalha contará com regras que serão selecionadas aleatoriamente pelo algoritmo do jogo, além da quantidade de mana e elementos que estarão disponíveis. Isso cria infinitas combinações, que tornam cada batalha única e memorável, onde quem estiver mais preparado, será o vencedor.

Primeiro, você escolhe o seu invocador. Ele é a principal carta, pois irá dar melhorias ao seu time, ou enfraquecerá o adversário. Além disso, ele quem determinará o elemento que você irá jogar. Se você escolher um invocador de fogo, como no exemplo, será obrigado a jogar com cartas de fogo.

Você tem um limíte de até 6 monstros a serem escolhidos, além do invocador. O que estiver no meio, será o tanker, enquanto os que estão atrás dele, serão suportes e atacantes. Alguns possuem habilidades especiais para atacar aqueles que estiverem na linha de trás.
Nesse exemplo, escolhi um invocador de fogo, então só posso utilizar cartas de fogo, além das neutras que não possuem restrição de elemento.
Batalha exemplo. As duas que estão no meio receberão ataques das que estiverem acima/abaixo delas.
O objetivo é eliminar todas as cartas do adversário.
Como qualquer outro jogo, apesar de gastarmos parte de nosso tempo para se divertir, podemos sempre aprender algo. Com o Splinterlands, não poderia ser diferente. Por conta da dinâmica do jogo, onde as regras são alternadas a cada batalha, você pode desenvolver uma habilidade criativa, pois necessita sempre de estratégias novas. Além disso, o fato de precisar estar sempre preparado para algo diferente do que foi há minutos atrás, sua capacidade de lidar com adversidades que podem ocorrer, também é melhorada.
Você também pode melhorar sua escrita, caso resolva escrever posts iguais a esse, assim como eu. Melhorei meu português, que é minha língua nativa, além de aprender inglês, ao traduzir todos os textos para ambas as línguas. E o principal, você divulga o jogo e de quebra é recompensado por isso, graças a Hive Blockchain, que se diferencia dos demais projetos da web3.
