With the new proposal about to be passed, I listed some possible teams I can build for silver and gold league, this means a maxed silver team. General Sloan being the cheapest modern summoner at level 25 seems to be the best place to start. Here's what I came up with.
I don't use light teams but this seems to decent enough and can compete at high or low mana and all rulesets. Other cards than can be added to this team are Supply Runner and Scavo Hireling.

Very cheap considering you can just rent some of the cards in the list. Also you can get a level 4 Gold Foil General Sloan now for $36.
