Overview
The new Weekly ruleset Challenge is an amazing twist that I am enjoying so far and I hope there will be twists like that in the future to keep this Challenge's fresh. π
This week the ruleset is the Lost Legendaries, which means that the Legendary units may not be used, but the Legendary summoners are still available.
The upcoming Battle ruleset

| Lost Legendaries | Legendary Monsters may not be used in battles. |
The mana cap for my next battle was 43, which is kind of enough, because all the legendary monsters are banned from the battle. Thos are one of the most expensive monsters in the game, so it is a bit easier to setup a team with a lower mana cap. π
The Tis but Scratches ruleset means that each time an enemy is hit by a monster with the Cripple will loses one max health, which will also effect their healing ability as well.
My lineup
 | Lux Vega is one of my favorite Summoner, because she is a Neutral Summoner therefore she is very versatile, because she can pick any Splinter to play with, which might save some money only renting her and not the other five or more Summoners. Her only weakness (apart from her renting cost) is that she can not use the Dragon monsters at all. Her ability is to give +1 Speed, Armor and Health to all of her friendly monsters, which is absolutly amazing. π |
| The Drybone Raider cost 9 mana, which is quite a lot, but he has the Enrage ability paired with a huge damage already, so if he takes any form of damage he will increase his own stats by 50%. The Retaliate ability on him means that he will get a free attack back to his melee attackers if he manages to trigger that 50%. π |  |
 | The Corsair Bosun is an excellent monster, but it is a bit pricey costing exactly 10 mana. It is expensive to use him in every battle, but in a 99 mana battle he is a gift! He has quite a lot of Speed and an enourmous melee attack damage, which is amazing. He also has the Reach ability, which means that he will be able to attack from the second position. His Reflection Shield will protect him against the enemy reflect damages or any kind of indirect damages like Blast or Thorns. π |
| The Pelacor Arbalest is an excellent damage dealer, because he has +3 ranged attack damage on his own and he also has the Double Strike ability, which means that he will attack twice in every round for a whooping 6 damage in total. πͺ |  |
 | The Dumacke Exile is one of the best Sneak attack monster in the game, because he has a nice damage and a lot of speed to kill his target quickly, before they can retaliate his attack. The Fury is an amazing ability on him in case his target his a Taunted monster, because he will deal 6 damage against them. π |
| For only three mana the Stitch Leech is one of the best choice for this battle. He is a Sneak attack monster, which means that he will attack the last monster from the enemy team and on top of that he also has the Life Leech ability, which will makes him to steal some health from his target and increase his own with that. π |  |
 | The Uraeus cost three mana as well and he has some armor on its own, which comes handy to block an incoming ranged or melee attack. He has the Sneak attack ability as well, but more importantly he is able to Poison his targets allowing them to take two damage at the end of every round. The trigger rate would be 50% of this ability. π€ |
The Battle
My opponent brought the Immortalis who is an Earth Splinter and has excellent abilities against armored and magic attack monsters.
My team was much quicker than my opponent monsters, so all of our monsters performed their attack first before the enemy monsters could do anything. In the result of that my team killed their Uloth Dhampir easily and rendered their Mycelic Infantry health to one even though he had the Shield ability. π
The second round started very promising and as you can see my Drybone Raider became a beast for the rest of the battle. π
My team attack first again and the managed to kill their Xenith Archer and Mycelic Infantry straight away. My opponent was lucky to hit my tank and they also killed him, but we still had a lot of monsters in our team.
The third round was more than enough to kill their last two remaining monster, because they were super slow, which gave me the upper hand on them. π
Battle Result
Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?
My strategy was to try to be quick and kill their lineup from backwards using three Sneak attack monsters. That worked pretty well and the huge speed difference was also beneficial. π
