Hey everyone, this is Lucky Ali, and welcome to my new Splinterlands community engagement challenge blog. As always, we have experienced something different from this challenge, and not only bloggers but the players who want to learn and explore are getting lots of great information. Currently, you have to share something that you find different and unique, and that helped you to win the battle. So today I wanna share such a strategy with you, and I know you will definitely like this, and this gonna work 80% to 90% because this strategy has a great accuracy.
Battle Rules
| Back to basics: This is a featured rule in this community engagement challenge, and here everything turns to basics, except the stats, so if you have any ability, then that is not gonna work here. |
Team for the back-to-basics rule
Here, I have used Summoner Zeddica, who supports two teams, and I can also use neutral, which means I can use death, water, and neutral.
| Sr. No. | Card | Instruction |
|---|---|---|
| 1. | ![]() | even if there is a back-to-basics rule, you should use a melee attack monster with high attacks and more health because it is important to sruvive for the first card |
| 2. | ![]() | Since it is a magic attack monster with 5 health, and also it has only 1 magic attack, so better to put it second. Because it is better to sacrifice low low-attack card fast. |
| 3. | ![]() | This card also has 6 health with 2 magic attacks, but since it has 2 magic attacks, which is higher than the dark arborist so it is not appropriate to put it in front because we need more attacks in such a battle. |
| 4. | ![]() | This is also a magic attack monster with 2 attacks, and it has only 3 health, so it is not good to put it in front of the opponent, so I tried to save it here. |
| 5. | ![]() | This is a 5 mana card, and it has great abilities to,o but here I can't use those abilities. But this card has good strength, which is important to play and win battles |
| 6. | ![]() | This is the most important card of this team, and such a rule, it is extremely important to save this card because it has 4 magic attacks that make it very important. |
The Battle

BATTLE► https://splinterlands.com/battle/sl_fcf3913c3062eccbb38c8bf97cee623e?ref=luckyali
Round 1 - Opponent lost dread tafarian, and vicious qulliun
Round 2 - Opponent lost glimmermancer
Round 3 - Opponent lost Wilhelmdale deputy and kicking roc
I WIN
You can see here that I have not even lost a single monster, because there is a strategy in such battles that you must try. I have used mostly magic attack monsters and one melee at first. I always use teams like this, and if you have a magic attack monster with high attacks, then it is best for you. In back to Basics, card abilities do not work, so you have to depend only on the attacks of the cards. The one with the most powerful stats will secure the victory.
Magic is the key in back to basics rule
In such a battle, you only need to follow a golden rule, and that is using one melee at first, and that melee attack card should have more health and attacks, and even armor for survival. Now the cards with higher magic attacks should have been placed at the last position, as you can see, I have added a magic attack monster with 4 attacks at last, why? because such a monster can attack till the end of the battle. Because only sneak, opportunity, and snipe ability monsters can attack last positions, and this is a back-to-basics rule, so these abilities do not work in this rule. That's the reason you should put a high magic attack card last.
Conclusion
So that is it for today, guys. Do not forget the Golden Rule In The Back-To-Basics. Share this post using relevant tags and leave a comment below. New readers can join Splinterlands under me; the referral link is below.
