What’s up my fellow Splinterlands players!
I hope all of you are enjoying the day with your family and friends and keeping an eye on the crypto market, especially while watching Hive, as its price movement has again broken out and is now trading around 0.35$ per unit. Now if you are a Splinterlands player, I hope you are right now focusing more on the ranked section of this game, because currently there are only a little less than 6 days left for this ongoing ranked season to meet its end. So if you are already playing actively this season, then it's time to chase that trophy ladder and go upward and reach your Destination. Whatever goals you have set for this season, either reaching a certain league tier and collecting higher league tier Reward chests, or to claim a position in the Champion Top leaderboard. Now if you ask me, I am currently playing at the Diamond I league tier with a current trophy count of 3540, now I would need only another 160 trophies in order to reach the goal, which is Champion League and collect all the league tier reward chests along the way. Now with limited time in hand and considering the last day where I would avoid playing much, Let’s see when and how fast I reach my goal this time.
Now moving forward, let me come to the main topic of this post as today, I will be showcasing another amazing but a little bit old card with you all. As you have already seen in the thumbnail above, today I will be talking about the IMMOLATION. So, if you are interested, let us take a dive into it right now without any further ado.
IMMOLATION
IMMOLATION is a monster type card that comes under the previous Chaos Legion and this card was introduced in this game with the launch of a mini Riftwatchers card set. This monster belongs to the Fire element and its attack type is Magic. It costs 12 mana to be used in battles, so you can easily use this giant monster while playing high mana limit matches. It is a Legendary type card, so you will need a total of 11 BCXs of cards to upgrade it to max level. It is a high-powered magic thrower that comes with decent speed and large health along with whooping 4 abilities - shield, scavenger, Inspire, and blast, all of which I will be talking about below. Let us now take a further look into this card’s league wise stats and abilities to find out more about this card.
BRONZE
At level 1, this card possesses 4 magic attack power at 3 speed with 9 health and it also gets the Shield ability at our initial level. With this ability, it will now take reduced damage from Enemy melee and ranged attacks.
SILVER
When this monster gets upgraded to level 2, it receives the same stats as of its previous level - 4 magic attack power at 2 speed with 9 health. But at this level, what it gets is a new ability called Scavengers. With this newly added ability, this monster will now gain +1 max health whenever a monster dies on the battlefield.
GOLD
As you upgrade this monster to level 3, here also it gets the same set of stats - 4 magic attack power at 3 seed with 9 health bit as expected, it does get a new ability called Inspire, with which it will now increase every friendly melee monster’s attack power by +1.
DIAMOND / CHAMPION
Finally, when you upgrade this monster successfully to its max level of 4, even in here, it possesses the same stats as of all its previous levels - 4 magic attacks at 3 speed with 9 health and yes, you have guessed it right, because in its max level also, it receives another ability called Blast. With this amazing ability, now it can also damage adjacent monsters if it successfully hits its target monster.
Battle Link
BATTLE STAT
This time I received a large 53 mana limit match where there were all the elements allowed but the Dragon. There were also 3 rulesets applied in this match - unprotected (no armors can be used in this battle), aimless (all the units in the battle receive the scattershot ability) and finally the Maneuvers (all the units in this match receive the Reach ability). Now after seeing all these rules and limitations, I decided to use a mix of all 3 types of attacks in this match and just focus on choosing big mana monsters with high speed and attack to kill down my opponent’s monster quickly. So, as thought, I started to build my lineup accordingly.
For this battle, I chose the legendary Fore summoner conqueror Jacek and at the front position of my Lineup, I chose Tusk the Wide followed by Forgotten One, Molten Ash Golem, Immolation, Supply Runner and Countess Sinash at the end position of my lineup. Anyway, when both the lineups were revealed, I found out that my opponent had used the Life reward summoner Franz Ruffmane and at his front position, he had used Arkemis the Bear followed by Jared Scar, Iziar, Captain Katie, Venari Crystalsmith and Supply Runner at the end position. Now, though both the lineups seem super strong, let’s see who actually wins this battle.
As the battle began, all the monsters started targeting random enemy Monsters because of the Scattershot ability and though no monsters died on the first round, my Supply Runner killed the enemy Captain Katie, an important Gladius card at round 2, followed by the Countess Sinsah which killed Down the enemy Venari Crystalsmith with its blast damage. Then, the enemy Arkemis killed down my Tusk the Wide followed by the enemy Jared Scar who killed Down my Forgotten One, but my One also retaliated and killed the wounded Jared Scar in return. Next, at round 3 my Sinsah again killed and this time both the Iziar and Supply Runner. The opponent’s lineup was pretty dead leaving only Arkemis the Bear, which killed my Molten Ash Golem next, but I also took care of it quickly with my Supply runner while the Immolation helped by wounded it having first. Thus I won another awesome match and this got some More rewards on the way.
I hope you loved watching the Splinterlands battle with IMMOLATION that I shared above and also liked reading my battle post. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below and I will be seeing you all in my next post.
I wish you all good luck with all of your future Splinterlands matches.
