Hello Splinterlands warriors!
Welcome to another amazing Splinterlands post and I hope you all are doing well in life and enjoying a fresh and pleasant day with your loved ones. For my fellow splinterlands warriors, I guess all of you are pretty deep into the game and focusing all your strength on the battle arena right now. Because looking at the ranked season clock, there are only around 3 days left before this current season meets its end. So, no matter whether you are aiming to reach a certain league tier or book a spot among the top champion leaderboard positions, if you haven’t reached there already, it's high time to do so. As you all know how bloody the battle arena becomes bloody during these last days of season end, as all the powerful players will be super active around this time with their unbeatable decks. So, all the best, my friend, and I hope you reach your goal within time and get some cool rewards and loads of Flint tokens.
On the other hand, let’s now take a look at my own performance in the game and as I shared in my previous posts, I have been playing the new frontier mode for a while now and just finished playing another frontier season and entered a fresh new one. Currently, I am playing at Gold I league tier with a current trophy count of exactly 3,000. I am also focusing on building my Foundation collection and have already upgraded most of my archons to level 3 (except water) and many of them monsters to Silver league levels, which, of course, has helped me a lot to maintain a stable position at the highest league tier. However, though I have played in the last 11 frontier seasons consecutively, sadly, I haven’t got any rare back or arcana foil cards from the frontier raffle. As you can see from the screenshot above, I have entered all those previous raffles with a decent number of entries, including 48 entries in the last one. But, my luck hasn't shone so far sadly, so I will just keep going and hope one day I receive something cool from those raffles in the near future.
Janni Oracle
Now, moving forward, let me come to the main topic of this post, as today, I will be talking about another amazing Conclave Arcana card with you all. As you have already seen in the thumbnail above, today I will be projecting the light upon the Janni Oracle. So, if you are interested in knowing more about this monster, let’s take a deep dive without any further ado.
The Janni Oracle is a monster type card that was first seen in the splinterlands game with the launch of the latest Conclave Arcana edition card set. This furious looking monster card belongs to the Life element and it comes from the Djinn bloodline. It costs 7 mana to be used in battles, so ideally, you can use this monster when playing medium to high mana limit matches. By rarity, it is a rare type card, so you would require a total of 115 CC cards in order to upgrade this magical beast to its max level. Now, the attack type of this monster is magic and apart from a solid combo of armour and health at decent speed, this monster also possesses 4 awesome abilities at its max level, which I am going to talk about later in this post. Let us now take a further look at this monster league wise stats and abilities below to find out more.
BRONZE
At level 2, this monster receives decent stats of 1 magic attack power at 3 speed with 2 armour and 7 health. Apart from that, it also gets 2 abilities - first, the Snipe ability that it gets from its initial level and then the Dodge ability at this level. Because if it's a tough health + armour combo and evade ability, this monster tends to defend its ground for a long time before going down.
SNIPE - Magic and Ranged attacks target the first non-melee enemy unit behind the first position.
DODGE - +25% chance to evade physical attacks.
SILVER
When you upgrade this monster to level 4, it possesses increased stats of 2 magic attack power at 3 speed with 3 armour and 7 health. Now, though it does not get any new abilities at this level, its increased attack power and armour will help you more on the battlefield.
GOLD
As this card gets upgraded further to level 6, its stats get enhanced to 2 magic attack power at 3 speed with 4 armour and 6 health. Not only that c but it also receives another ability from level 5 onwards called Strengthen.
STRENGTHEN - +1 max health to all allied units.
DIAMOND / CHAMPION
Finally, when you upgrade this mobster to its max level of 8, it receives further increased stats of 3 magic attack power at 3 speed with 4 armour and 6 health. Apart from these flashy stats, it also gets another awesome ability at this level called Rebirth, which helps it to resurrect itself once per battle.
REBIRTH - Self-resurrects once per battle with 1 health and 100% armour. All magic debuffs are removed, and all magic buffs are reapplied. Skips turn.
Last but not least, as you can clearly see, though this is a magic monster, it carries comparatively more defensive stats than many others. First of all, this monster’s high magic attack power is perfect for mid mana limit matches, and its health + armour combo can withstand multiple attacks before going down. Upon that, the decent speed + Dodge ability may be able to evade some attacks if you are lucky, while on the other hand, it can resurrect itself if it dies for the first time. Coupling it with one or two more snipe ability monsters can clear the rear attackers quickly, while its strengthen ability will give +1 health to all friendly units. So overall, I think this monster will really be helpful if you love snipe monsters or prefer to use magic attacks more often. Thus, I think this monster deserves a place in your collection.
