Hi there Splinterfam, how I have missed writing, business has picked up in the real world (Which is a good thing) and my time is quite stretched these days. That is not a complaint, just stating the obvious. Besides it is always good to operate in the "Stretch Zone", that does not stop me from playing Splinterlands and working to actively organize events for TeamPH.
We have been trying to develop new ways to not only grow our organization but to offer more to our Community whilst we adapt to change. Here are some of the upcoming events to look forward to in February.
SPS Delegation “Wheel of Fortune”
It’s that time once again, for those that play Splinterlands to grab this opportunity. We all know the SPS (Splinter Shards) is vital in increasing earning potentials and creates a more fun yet worthwhile experience as the game becomes part of a daily routine. Every month, TeamPH Stakes the majority of our earnings in SPS in hope to one day reach a significant number that can make difference. We believe that every little can help and as we strive through a journey of discovery, development and growth, sharing blessings is of the upmost importance to ensure a balance of morale fiber.
Each month we offer to our community an opportunity for staked SPS delegation which can be used for 1 month. We ask for a small contribution of 850 TeamPH Tokens to be sent to our Giveaway account to participate in the Wheel of Fortune. The current breakdown of the SPS up for grabs this coming 7th February 2024 can be seen up above.
In order to participate, please send 850 TeamPH Tokens to IGN: teamphgiveaways. All of the TeamPH Tokens collected through this initiative are used to as prizes for our monthly Tournaments that we hold in conjunction with @Pimp & @Cryptoshots.

The TeamPH Tokens that are collected via the Delegation Wheel act as the Prizes for this Tournament. As well as this our partners send through some of their tokens also for prize distribution. It is also live streamed and on the last Sunday of the month.
Each month we run a poll for our Community to vote the league to play the tournament in. We have found the most popular and competitive league within our Community Is the Gold Modern and have decided to run with that again this month. In order to participate in this Tournament, there are staking requirements for TeamPH, Pimp or Doom Tokens. Once the Tournament for this month has been created, we will be sharing more details. As we wish to expand on our E-Sports Faction, I am also offering invitationals to some of the Guild Leaders that have assisted me in rounding up numbers for our Sealed Tournament Event.
Sealed Tournament
We have some of the best players in the Splinterverse going head to head in a Double Elimination Event this coming 10th February 2024 at 9PM (Philippines Time). Team Philippines is proud to announce and bring to our beloved Community, an opportunity to compete at Diamond Level, where it will be all about skill and some RNG of course.
There will be 8 Players who will be playing using randomly selected cards from the Chaos Legion and Rift Watcher Sets, selected live on stream prior to the battles commencing. There will be starter cards consisting of All the Rare Chaos Legion Summoners and Quix the Devious as well as all the reward cards (Not Soul Bound unfortunately).
Our purpose behind hosting these tournaments is to create a more competitive E-Sports Themed Environment in which great relationships between Guild Leaders and Players can be established. I have already experienced the kindness and support from others within Mav Chat, and only wish to amplify this through the game that we love.

Moving on Up!
TeamPH has been working on building stronger foundations across the board. The majority of our community are avid Splinterlands gamers and we have been working very hard to ensure our players join the War Efforts where ever possible. We have managed to maintain an average of 1st within Tier 3 and are preparing for our transition to Tier 4. We hold monthly guild meetings to discuss priorities within the world of brawling.
We reward our players for their outstanding performances through staked TeamPH Tokens. Right now, the current breakdown is as follows:
- 75% Win Rate - 150 TeamPH Tokens
- 80% Win Rate - 300 TeamPH Tokens
- 100% Win Rate - 500 Team Tokens
- MVP over 3 brawls (1 Cycle - based on average) - 1000 TeamPH Tokens

What will our Guild Contributions be used for? - We will work to upgrade first the arena allowing us to move into Tier 4. Secondly we will work towards the Guild Hall.
Fray Allocation - It seems that we are only short of 2 frays, one Gold League Gold Foil and the Gold League Alpha Beta. We established ways in which we can cover those frays to maintain our 100% brawl fill rate.
How do we ensure people are actively working to donate Guild Points? Right now, @leveluplifeph is matching any Guild Contribution up to 100,000. we will utilizing this moving forward. We also have a seasonal contribution from each Guild member.
