This week we are presented with another interesting ruleset target practice which allows range and magic monsters to have snipe ability, monsters with snipe ability can always attack other opponent monsters lineup at random manner, this ability has advantage to eliminate an opponent lineup monster from any position with this ruleset given to all magic and range attacking monsters on the battle arena an opponent must strategically choose their battle formation lineup against an opponent, combining snipe and magic monster with range can give one good winning chance especially when those range and magic monster have good attacking speed and power.
A take note for this ruleset is range attacking monsters can't attack from front position placing them at big disadvantage although with their random ability to attack from all round positions except when in frontline makes them quite handy in this ruleset also magic monsters can attack from any position as well as when in frontline they also target an opponent monster health without focusing on their shield which is another good strategy incase one wants to come up with all magic monsters, also melee attacking monsters do not get the snipe ability but can be used in this ruleset.
With that been said below is my strategy battle link using life element monster against earth monster.
Battle ruleset
Target practice. Although this kind of target practice isn't an amateur kind of practice monsters with high speed can barely miss their target each monster striking force could be determined by its speed and attacking power if the speed is low chance of missing it target can be high for this ruleset both magic and range have the ability to randomly attack an opponent monster from any position, coming up with monster with good shield and health can be a good winning strategy, this ruleset doesn't limit a player from coming up with other unit ability monster sneak, opportunity, magic reflection, thorn ability melee monster can be used in this ruleset it is needed to watch out for all this monster while coming up with lineup for battle.
Battle detail
For this battle ruleset 37 cost mana cap was given for each player to come up with their lineup monster my opponent with earth element monster came up with more magic attacking monsters while I chose life element with more of range attacking monsters it looks like a clash battle between magic and range monsters my WAR PEGASUS monster with it ability to scatter an opponent shield did champion this battle ruleset.
Battle lineup
DRYBONE BARBARIAN First battle strategy rule is to have a good tank that has both good shield and offensive attack with defense DRYBONE BARBARIAN a melee attack monster with an enrage ability is best suited for this strategy tank since it can only attack from front position first spot at the battle ground is where this monster belongs, every time another monster tries to attack it its enrage ability is triggered which makes it attacking power more formidable.
SHIELDBEARER taking up an unknown enemy you need to be well prepared with your strategy SHIELDBEARER is a taunt monster that takes up all opponent attack except an opponent tank doesn't attack it with this monster all my other lineup range monsters will have to concentrate on my opponent lineup before it gets eliminated.
VENARI CRYSTALSMITH a repair monster is shouldn't be left out in this ruleset since this ruleset could involve the use of more magic or range monster a health repair monster can always be of support to my tank VENARI CRYSTALSMITH a range attacking monster with healing repair ability for any frontline tank it adds plus three health to any frontline tank.
PELACOR ARBALEST my second range attacking monster on the line it has good speed and attacking power for normal ruleset this monster only attack monster at frontline but in this ruleset it will be attacking monsters from any position either middle or backline it can attack twice at a time.
WAR PEGASUS my third range attacking monster WAR PEGASUS is a none flying monster with shield scattering abilities target an opponent shield and completely destroys it shield it can will support my tank in getting rid of high shield protective monsters.
My strategy
My strategy for this ruleset was to come up with WAR PEGASUS with it shattered armour ability it will aid my tank in eliminating opponent monsters with high shields since my tank has good attacking of slashing an opponent health WAR PEGASUS will remove their armour giving my tank chance to only strike their health. Since it's a snipe ability ruleset my double strike attacking monster this time will barely concentrate on my opponent tank which makes it more reasonable why the shattered armour monster is on the lineup, my tank will take other monsters attacks giving my other monsters chance to strike hard first my healing monster will be aiding my tank by giving it more health.
This ruleset strategy was quite straightforward as my plan worked out as anticipated my opponent came up with high shield protection monster with my shattered monster on the line it was easy for me to eliminate my opponent shield monster this have me higher chance of winning the battle.
Battle arena
The battle arena is set to rumble my opponent came up with some high formidable and their tank a bloodlust monster has some intimidating ability thanks to my shatter armour monster my opponent was well prepared with their healing ability monster their double striking sneak monster and shield repair monster the battle lasted five rounds with my opponent accepting defeat at the end of the battle.
Round 1 It a battle of five against six my opponent went for their first strike their tank had both melee and magic ability first round no team monster was eliminated but lots of damage were sustained.
Round 2 my range monsters with their snipe ability can attack my opponent backline monster at this round two of my opponent monsters from backline line were eliminated getting rid of my opponent shield repair monster was a relief as it makes their lineup more vulnerable.
Round 3 it's now four against four for this round no monster was eliminated looking at my opponent shield it is not looking to good to face the next round.
Round 4 this round ended with my opponent losing their tank and healing ability monster theirs no place for my opponent no chance of winning at all.
Round 5 its decided the battle can be concluded with victory on my side without the shattered armour monster my chance of winning this battle is very low.
