What has changed! splinterland gaming feedback

in Splinterlands2 years ago

I've been wanting to do this for awhile, don't know for some reasons something have been holding me back from sharing my review about splinterland gaming, I've never been a gaming fan, my friends sometimes see me as a freak that doesn't like playing games on phone or computer. Seeing me glued up playing splinterland they think I'm some kind of nut, I used to play splinterland game for hours back then not just for the SPS rewards or getting high rank in battles but just learning some cool playing skill and strategies from opponents.

Been playing since 2021, I'm not an OG here, I've not invested much like other players I did not start playing for money, I even played for several months without having a spell book (purchased) how did I know about splinterland? from steem blockchain although I did not play back than, I later created an account on hive and started playing for free I had no idea how to play I was losing lots of battle and kept playing lossing was fun for me I was just a raw player who wanted to have some fun by putting up some strategy to defeat other opponent well I had no idea people were making money from the game all i knew how to do best is play and learn from my mistakes.

Was it all fun back then? Sure it was! Was it worth my time of course it was! maybe times have changed and with the economic situation around I started exploring more about the game introduced three of my friends to the game who did bought spell book since I've hype the game to them back then, today none of my my friends still play the game I have no idea why, i talk to one recent his feedback was the game was too difficult. I love splinterland and will keep playing although a lot have change since when I joined back then.

Feedback matters

This week I've read some heart felt post from splinterlanders who have been here since the game started from steem blockchain they are real die hard fans of this game, life has it's way of playing thing out and every beginning surely has an end, we can't be gamers forever it's hard to say goodbye but sometimes we have to let go of what we love the most reading their final farewell post shows they would have love to stay and keep playing but times have change and things dont seem to be rolling like it use to be, some people are quite okay with how the game is been programmed lately while others aren't quite sure if staying or leaving is the best option.

This is where feedback matter, I've seen/read comments from other authors where some users state the level of playing has changed and they are not finding it easy I can as well relate with that maybe the gaming algorithm are designed to be complex with time but this isn't user friendly.

What happened to new users who are just signing up will they find the game fun or quit few months after playing if old users find it hard to keep up with playing what will be of those who just sign up newly.

I have no idea about game development, but the idea of every gaming platform is mass onboarding to attract more users into blockchain gaming world with much complexity in any game mass onboarding can be very difficult, more updates comes with new usecase on splinterland but not new simplicity of use.

There are lots of players who would love to share what they think about this incredible game maybe still contemplating the way i did, feedback are good for any community development, I have no idea if this post will reach the team but for the record I would love to share my feedback and if it please the community to give room to other users to share theirs about what has changed since they join the game.
