Today I want to share with you a very interesting new strategy that I created seeking to block one of the decks that is hardest for me to beat, the water deck, since thanks to its intrinsic characteristics, these monsters tend to evade several attacks in a game, which I normally find difficult. It's bad, since I usually play with cards with physical attack.
For this reason, I used several cards that had the Flying ability, added to the fact that I increased the health of all my cards by two points, making it difficult to damage my cards. From the offensive point of view, I used creatures with magic attack, since not only could they attack from the second line, but also, these attacks do not fall into the category of evasive, a factor that finally gave me the victory.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una nueva estrategia muy interesante que creé buscando bloquear uno de los mazos que más me cuesta batir, el de agua, ya que gracias a sus características intrínsecas, estos monstruos suelen evadir varios ataques en un partida, cosa que normalmente me viene mal, ya que suelo jugar con cartas con ataque físico.
Por esta razón, utilicé varias cartas que tuvieran la habilidad Volador, sumado a que aumenté dos puntos la salud de todas mis cartas, haciendo que fuera complicado lastimar mis cartas. Desde el punto de vista ofensivo, usé criaturas con ataque mágico, ya que no solo podían atacar desde segunda línea, sino que además, estos ataques no entran en la categoría de evadibles, factor que finalmente me concedió la victoria.

Although I had a lot of mana to be able to use a much more resistant tank, for only 2 I found Pelacor Conjurer excellent to play, since not only does it have decent health points, but in addition to its ability and health increases from my summoner and my Djinn Renova, I ended up being very resistant card.
Pese a que tenía muchos puntos de maná para poder utilizar un tanque mucho más resistente, por solo 2 me pareció excelente jugar a Pelacor Conjurer, ya que no solo tiene unos puntos de salud decentes, sino que sumado a su habilidad y a los aumentos de salud de mi invocadora y de mi Djinn Renova, termino siendo muy resistente.
In second position Luminious Eagle was able to stand out by using his Reach ability, and then when he reached first position, the Flying ability helped him evade several attacks. I experienced a similar situation with Celestial Harpy, since it was a lure with good health points, it attacked from the second line with its Opportunity ability, and to top it all off my opponent, it also had the Flying ability, so it was able to evade several attacks.
Finally, the rest of my cards were the ones that had to deal with the offensive phase, focusing everything on attacks in the magic area, since despite not causing that much damage, their attacks will not miss. The card this strategy was focused on was Djinn Renova, since it not only made me gain health points with its Strengthen ability, but also had good damage, Time Mage was in charge of slowing down the rival cards, and finally, Temple Priest has good attack points.
En segunda posición Luminious Eagle pudo destacar al utilizar su habilidad Alcanzar, y luego cuando llegó a primera posición, la habilidad Volador le ayudo a evadir varios ataques. Una situación parecida viví con Celestial Harpy, ya que era un señuelo con buenos puntos de salud, atacaba desde segunda línea con su habilidad Oportunidad, y para colmo de mi rival, también tenía la Habilidad Volador, por lo que pudo evadir varios ataques.
Ya por último, el resto de mis cartas fueron las que tuvieron que ocuparse de la fase ofensiva, centrando todo en ataques en el área mágica, ya que pese a no causar tanto daño, no fallarán sus ataques. La carta en la que estuvo centrada está estrategia fue Djinn Renova, ya que no solo me hizo ganar puntos de salud con su habilidad Fortalecer, sino que además tenía un buen daño, Time Mage se encargó de disminuir la velocidad de las cartas rivales, y ya finalmente, Temple Priest cuenta con buenos puntos de ataque.

As I already mentioned, this formation is made to combat water-type decks, so obviously my opponent played with said deck, and the main thing is that they have to use Serpent of Eld, because if they use another tank that can decrease magic damage, obviously we will have nothing to do.
Como ya lo mencioné, está formación esta hecha para combatir mazos de tipo agua, por lo que evidentemente mi rival jugó con dicho mazo, y lo principal de todo es que tiene que utilizar Serpent of Eld, ya que si utilizan otro tanque que pueda disminuir el daño mágico, obviamente no tendremos nada que hacer.
At the end of the effects of the summoners and other monsters, my opponent gained his shield point, losing his speed boost to my Time Mage, while I gained several health points, added to the multiple abilities of my cards.
Al final de los efectos de los invocadores y otros monstruos, mi rival ganó su punto de escudo, perdiendo su aumento de velocidad por mi Time Mage, mientras que yo gané varios puntos de salud, sumado a las múltiples habilidades de mis cartas.
In the first round my tank took several hits, while the Serpent of Eld held its own thanks to being able to recover health, but in the second round it went down quickly.
En la primera ronda mi tanque soportó varios ataques, mientras que el Serpent of Eld se mantuvo en pie gracias a que pudo recuperar vida, pero en la segunda ronda cayó rápidamente.
In a more than incredible way I was left alone with Elven Mistic, and after beating his Time Mage, he recovered his speed and won in an inexplicable way, jajaja.
Ya en la segunda ronda, empezaron a caer las cartas más débiles, mi tanque no tuvo tanta suerte, mientras que mi rival perdió su reparador de escudo.
The rounds continued to pass, and the rival cards continued to fall, so my victory was getting closer.
Las rondas siguieron pasando, y las cartas rivales siguiendo cayendo, por lo que mi victoria estaba cada vez más cercana.
The evasion ability of my monsters continued to be a pain in the ass for my opponent, ultimately giving me victory with minimal chip damage.
La capacidad de evasión de mis monstruos siguieron siendo un dolor de cabeza para rival, dándome finalmente la victoria con un daño residual mínimo.
This was my entry for the Splinterlands social network challenge, I hope you liked this new strategy that I devised to be able to beat one of the decks that has caused me the most headaches. It should be noted that this formation is very limited, I have used it against other rivals that used various decks, but I have not achieved good results with any of them, so it ended up being only a counter against formations of this style.
Esta fue mi entrada para el reto de las redes de sociales de Splinterlands, espero que les haya gustado esta nueva estrategia que ideé para poder vencer a uno de los mazos que más dolores de cabeza me ha causado. Cabe resaltar que está formación es muy limitada, la he utilizado contra otros rivales que usaron mazos variados, pero con ninguno he conseguido buenos resultados, por lo que terminó siendo solo un counter contra formaciones de este estilo.
