I made the decision, but the task was not easy at all. First, I bought the required SPS from the MEXC exchange. However, after purchasing it, I found myself in a big dilemma. I could not find any direct way to transfer SPS from MEXC to my Splinterlands account. After trying for hours and hours, when I could not find a solution, I got quite frustrated.
But I was not one to give up. I started looking for an alternative way. After a lot of searching, I found a way. I sold the SPS I bought on MEXC and bought HIVE with that money. Then I transferred that HIVE to my Bitget exchange account. Sending HIVE from Bitget to my Hive Wallet was relatively easy. After HIVE arrived in my wallet, I easily bought 2500 SPS with that HIVE using Hive Engine. The whole process was quite time-consuming and a bit complicated, but when I finally saw that over 2,500 SPS had been deposited into my account, all my fatigue was gone.
The moment of staking and the first rewards.
After the SPS arrived in my account, I didn't hesitate for a moment. I went straight to the SPS management section of Splinterlands and staked the 2,682 SPS I had earned. As soon as I staked, a new energy was added to my account, which encouraged me even more to play the upcoming matches.
Then I eagerly started playing matches in the Modern format. After winning five matches, it was exactly what I had hoped for! I received my first reward chest. I opened the chest with some excitement and a little fear. Although I didn't get any big cards or prizes from the chest, I did get an "Entry" as a reward. This small reward was a huge achievement for me. Because it proved that my efforts were successful, and I would receive rewards for every win I won from now on.
Actually, I was waiting for this for a few days now, when I would be able to collect rewards by playing Modern. Today, that time has finally ended. Actually, I don't think the reward is anything big; it's a big deal for me to have a feature unlocked.
I was playing the game for a few days, and I was just wondering why my Modern registration was off. So, I worked hard to earn some money and filled it up today.
This entire experience has taught me that with persistence and the right planning, any problem may be solved. Now I am geared up to pursue my sport with renewed enthusiasm and wish to win even higher prizes in the future and enhance my collection. My new journey within the international community of Splinterlands has simply begun.
