How are you all? It looks as if I've been gambling Splinterlands for a month now. It appears like I simply began that day, but I've already developed a special love for the game. As a brand new participant, I failed to understand a whole lot at the start; however, I'm slowly learning the techniques and trying to build my deck.
In today's blog, I will share exactly how much money (HIVE/HBD) I've invested in the past month and what stage my card collection is at now.

My investment ledger
There's no substitute for good cards to do well in the game, and to get good cards, you need investment. Looking at my wallet history, I can see that I didn't invest everything at once. Rather, I tried to invest step by step, understanding the game situation.
In the beginning: At the beginning of last month, I started with 10 HBD. Then I made small transactions, such as sending 2 HBD, 1 HBD several times to Steemmonsters account to buy cards or small assets.
Big decision: I got quite serious about the game 8 days ago and decided to make a big investment. Then I converted 307 HIVE into honey-swap or game currency. This was a big step for me.
HBD spending: Also, in the last few weeks, I have swapped 5 HBD, 11 HBD and 2 HBD several times and spent them on game needs.
In total, in the last month, I have invested more than 300 HIVE and about 40-50 HBD just to strengthen my deck.
My Card Collection (My Splinter Collection)
Investment is done, now let's come to the main point - my cards. If you look at the screenshots, you will understand that I tried to put some strong cards in all elements or splinters.

1. Fire Splinter:
Fire is one of my favourites. Here I have some good attacking cards with Tarsa Summoner. Especially cards like Chimney Wallstop and Molten Ash Golem help a lot in winning battles. The attack power of the Fire team impresses me.

##2. Water Splinter:
I feel quite comfortable playing Kelya Frendul in Water Splinter. I have good mages and range attackers like Diemonshark in my collection. The combination of speed and armour makes Water Splinter the best for me.

3. Earth Splinter:
Earth or Nature is my trump card for magic attacks. When I use Regal Peryton or Goblin Tower with Obsidian Summoner, it becomes easy to break the opponent's defence. I also have several gold foil and rare cards in my Earth collection.

4. Life Splinter:
My defence is pretty strong in Life Splinter. I often use the strategy of increasing range attacks with General Sloan. Here, cards like Time Mage and Pelacor Arbalest play a big role in my victory.

5. Death Splinter:
Death Splinter is the best for reducing the opponent's life or magic. My Thaddius Brood and Cursed Windeku (which counters with thorns) are one of the strengths of my team. I also like to attack from behind with sneak cards like Silent Sha-vi.

6. Dragon & Neutral:
I paid special attention to neutral cards because they can be used with all teams. Cards like Disintegrator, Supply Runner and Chaos Agent give me backup in any situation.
I tried to go deep into the game in just one month. Investing in 307 HIVE seemed risky to me, but now that I look at the cards, I think it was the right decision. I'm learning new strategies every day, sometimes losing and sometimes winning in a row.
In the coming days, I need to take my playing cards to the max and gather some more mythical playing cards. How did you want my journey in Splinterlands? If you have any suggestions, please let me know in the remarks.
