How are you all? Today I will share with you about a new gaming experience. I myself got quite excited after seeing everyone's writing about #Splinterlands on Hive. I've been blogging for quite some time. This card-based game was very attractive to me. So without further ado, today I started my journey as a free user on this platform, and the first day's experience was, in a word, great.
After entering the gaming site's website, I first went to my Hive keychain and logged into my account. After logging in, the interface that came to me after entering the game was simply wonderful. I saw that a season called 'FRONTIER' was running on the home screen, and there were just over 9 days left for the season to end. Before that, however, I collected some cards from the campaign and thought I would play a battle or two.

So these days I performed a few battles for the first time with my free card. After playing, I am currently within the 'BRONZE III' league, and I want to earn 320 greater factors to rank up. Seeing the massive 'BATTLE' button right in the middle of the display made me pretty excited to play my first game. As a brand new participant, the sector of this recreation seemed absolutely new and mysterious to me.
As instructed by a friend's blog post, I started my game with 'Campaign' mode. The post said that this is the best opportunity for new players to learn the game and collect cards. Since I didn't have any cards, starting with the campaign was the right decision for me. My first opponent was a powerful warrior named 'Magnus Flint'.
For the first battle, I assembled a team from the cards I had. My attacker was a lion warrior with 9 health but only 1 attack power. He was accompanied by a green orc warrior with 5 health and 2 attack power. To be honest, I don't know the real names of the cards yet, so I can't tell you. However, the opponent's cards were quite strong. Seeing my cards fight for the first time was a different excitement.
Chapter 1: The first chapter ended as soon as I won the first battle. I received two new cards as a reward—a green-haired female warrior and a mysterious character in a purple dress. The joy of getting a new card is different!
Chapter 2: With the joy of getting this new card, I immediately started the second chapter and won that too. This time, I received a card called 'Wilhelmdale Deputy' as a reward. This card costs 7 mana, has an attack of 2 and health of 5. Looking at the card, it seemed that my team was a little stronger this time.
Chapter three: My progress in marketing campaign mode persevered, and I completed Chapter 3. This time, the prize became a flying dragon-like creature, which introduced a greater range to my card collection.
Chapters four & five: Then the pace of the sport expanded a lot that I didn't even recognise after I had finished the fourth and 5th chapters! And then I was surprised to see the reward! Eight new cards at once—four for each chapter! My joy doubled when I got so many cards at once. To build a good team, you need a variety of cards.
My in-game name is '@mirzaiqi'. I have completed a total of five chapters in this journey today. Getting a new card at the end of each chapter was the biggest motivation for me. Through today's game, I not only learned the rules of the game, but also got some idea of the powers of different cards and their uses.
Choosing to opine, if I may, today was a full, fun-filled day of experiences, as it was my first day in the gaming world. So, naturally, as a new player, I started to gather some strong cards with some good confidence for my future battles. I desire to rank up or increase my rank and solidify my place as a gamer on this platform, collecting even more rare and powerful cards. Surely I will be back to you with newer experiences in the days to come.
