Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are all having a great time in your daily gaming and real life. I'm having a great time, and that is why I have arranged this post with a battle that you will like today.

Yes, friends, like every week, this week too I have appeared to participate in the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge. Splinterlands is not just a game for me, as you all already know, because I have been saying since day one that it is a kind of pleasure to play this gaming side of game. So it has now become a big source of joy and pleasure in my daily routine. In today's blog, I will share with you a great battle, where I will discuss in detail how I created a strong line-up and won despite having very little mana. But before going into the story of the battle, I would like to introduce you to a new, powerful member added to my card collection.

Abyssal Elemental

I always try to strengthen my deck. Especially "Water Splinter", because I have seen that when big players get a lot of mana, most players use this Water Splinter. So I also wanted to strengthen my splinter even more. Another special reason is that I really like playing this splinter. Yesterday, while browsing the market, my eyes suddenly caught sight of a card. The card's name is Abyssal Elemental. It is an Epic Water unit.

Now, many of you may be wondering, Why did I buy this card? There are several reasons behind this. First of all, the artwork and stats of the card impressed me. This 6 mana card has 1 magic attack, 2 speed, 2r and 5 health. But the most interesting thing is its "Resurgence" ability. This ability works by reviving this unit once with 100% health and armour and dealing 1 physical damage to all units. Getting such a powerful card for only $0.51 or half a dollar seemed like a great opportunity to grab. I'm sure this card will help me a lot in future big battles, especially those with "Poison" or "Earthquake" rules.

And of course, I have been able to win several battles using this card very easily, so I really like it, and I really like this new card.

Today's Battle: Low Mana Strategy

Friends, now let's get to the main discussio, about today's battle. The battle was in Modern Ranked mode, and I am playing in Silver League III, as you can see from your screenshot.

Battle Rules and Conditions:

  • Mana Cap: 16 (very low mana, so each card had to be chosen very carefully).

  • Elements: All types of splinters were available.

Rulesets:

  • Briar Patch: All units will have the "Thorns" ability. That is, if a melee attacker hits someone, he will take 2 damage himself.

  • Silenced Summoners: Summoners cannot grant any buffs or debuffs. That is, the summoner's own abilities are disabled here.

My Line-up and Strategy

With only 16 mana and the "silenced summoners" rules, I knew that relying on summoners was useless. I had to choose cards that had very strong stats of their own. I chose a fire splinter. And used 3. Barthalamas (6 mana) as this summoner

I set up my team as follows:

1. Drybone Megalodon (8 mana):

It was quite risky to take a card for 8 mana in a 16 mana match. But I took this risk. Because Drybone Megalodon has 4 melee attacks,3 armour, and 7 health. Using melee attackers in the "Briar Patch" rules is dangerous because every time you kill, your health decreases. But Megalodon's armour and huge health allow it to survive for a long time. I used him as my main tank.

2. Kha'zi Conjurer (4 Mana):

I placed this card behind Megalodon for support. Its 4 health and good speed make it suitable for low mana matches. Although it has no attack of its own (at level 1), it can act as a good "Meat Shield" if my tank dies.

Battle Flow and Results

My opponent came with Death Splinter. His team had Thaddius Brood (Summoner), which was useless because he was silenced. His lineup had cards like Cursed Windeku.

As soon as the match started, my Drybone Megalodon started attacking with its male attack. My Megalodon was standing in front with its huge body. Every time the opponent was physically attacking my Megalodon, they were taking reverse damage due to the "Briar Patch" rules. Again, when my Megalodon was attacking, it was also taking damage, but its armor protected it.

The most interesting thing was, the opponent's line-up could not stand up to my Megalodon's huge health and armour. The game was over in just 3 rounds. Although my Megalodon took a lot of damage, it stood its ground, and Barthalamas continued to attack from behind, securing the victory.

What I learned from this battle today is that the "Silenced Summoners" rules should always focus on the base stats or the card's own power. And in a match as small as 16 mana, a b,ig powerful card (like Megalodon) can turn the tide of the entire game.

And yes, I will share with you any future battles I play with my newly purchased Abyssal Elemental card. If you like this strategy or have any suggestions, don't forget to let me know in the comments. How is your journey in Splinterlands going?

Be wellEveryoneone, see you again in the next blog. Happy gaming.
