My first submission for the weekly challenge for this week.
We are going to look at the power of snipers!

Rules:
No magic
Lineup
So it is either Melee or range focus since magic is out. Given that there is a chance that the opponent can choose Mylor Summoner, I try to avoid melee. Some more with Chao Legion cards, life can form an insane range team. With Sloan Summoner +1range, arbalest can deal 2x 3range damage each round! Suspecting that opponent may also play range team, I put 2 range with snipe skills so that they can focus on taking out the rangers.
Strategy
And the 2 sniper works wonderfully! Spinner is actually dangerous as he can bypass the taunt and one shot killed my DPS arbalest. As such, my 2 sniper manage to take him out in round 1.
My Shieldbearer is able to protect my range for 1 round. In round 2, thanks to snipe skill again, the attack is able to passby the front and hit the next range, which in this case successfully kill their DPS arbalest.
As such, the rest of the match is quite predictable.
Did your strategy work? Definitely!
What will you try differently next time?
I will try to swap the position of the 1st sniper and crystalsmith. This will allow Mantoid to be able to attack one more time and sync well with Boatman for dual snipe atk.
In conclusion, dont look down on snipe skill. They help the team to take down the weaker splinters first.
