RE: # Collecting that leaderboard Glint - Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 79 Report Card

in Splinterlands2 months ago

I'm using my land to Craft Wagon kits and sell them on the marketplace. It makes me enough DEC to pay for my Wild Pass and renting a couple hundred thousand staked SPS. Though once Unlock Scrolls become available I will probably switch to producing them.

You are lucky to have 6M Glint waiting for the next reward cards. I am still buying Legendary draws. One thing is because Gold foil will be automatically unlocked, I believe that Gold Foil draws will be removed from shop.

Yeah, I was really surprised to hear that Gold Foil cards would be automatically unlocked...

... but thinking about it, I have a bunch of Rebellion Reward Gold Foil cards that I can't actually do anything with... I don't have enough to actually use in games, but they're so expensive to unlock at 20X that I can't afford to unlock/sell them, AND if I could afford to sell them, I'm genuinely not sure if there is enough demand for them... so it'd be a huge risk anyway.

So I'm excited that they'll be automatically unlocked - hopefully there are enough systems in place to prevent farming abuse, but yeah, I agree that the Gold Foil Draws would have to be removed from the shop.

When Chaos Legion Rewards ended, I still had so many cards to go... so I had to spend a lot of DEC buying them, and the Legendary cards were really expensive... so when Rebellion Rewards were released I targeted maxing out the Legendries first, which took so long, but I'm glad I did it that way.

I'm so curious to whether the Unlock Scrolls will require Aura. I hope so because there is still way too much of it floating around...

I have a lot of Gold Foil soulbound cards that are pretty useless. I've thought about burning them for Glint but I have never had the heart to do it.

For Rebellion, I made Epic my focus. Common and Rare were easy to max out. Now I'm just trying to get Legendary as complete as possible in the time remaining.

I assume that all items crafted using the Crafting Station will always require Aura. So the more items that can be crafted the less Aura will be around.

Yeah, I think (and hope) you're right about Aura being needed in everything going forward, it definitely makes the most sense to me.

I burnt a lot of Chaos Legion Gold Reward cards for Glint and then used that Glint to get more Rebellion packs, and never looked back... but I know what you mean, and I haven't had the heart to do it myself for the Rebellion cards just yet, but I'm sure I will after I work through my Glint buffer.

The Epic Rebellion Reward cards are really good. I definitely use them more than the Legendaries.
