I have the Angelic Mandarin in GF. But I can't really level it up too much, as my water summoner is 2. I have level some of the cards to 3, but most important is the summoner. I try to get it to 3, then can level the others too !

The minimum requirement is 10.0 LUV in your liquid wallet.
