I do believe gladiators are soulbound, but I don't really do much with guilds, so I can't give too much info there.
without bots economy of rents will be low and i will earn less;D also less players harder to find oponents, so not sure is it wise to kill botting or not.
That is a really good point. It is nice being able to just hop on and immediately play a match without having to wait forever to be matched with a real player.
