A neutral card that costs 1 mana. Very helpful in low mana cap matches. You can also slide it in if you have 1 mana to spare in a match. It has Slow Ability that reduces speed of every monster your opponent controls by 1. Great when comboed with fire summoners like Pyre and Malric Inferno. With Pyre you gain +1 speed and with creeping ooze in the deck your opponent looses -1 speed. With Malric Inferno it's very effective in mirror matches as you have +1 speed advantage. Just be careful when using creeping ooze because it may back fire when used in a match with Reverse Speed combat rule as you are giving +1 speed to your opponent.
