Consistency broken

Post consistency broken. Rentmoney believes a key ingredient to a blog such as we have here on the Hive Blockchain is consistency and repetitiveness. The more you have X presented to readers the more likely they will take a look at what X is. Splinterlands is a perfect example of this. It isn't by mistake that Splinterlands is the biggest game app on the Hive Blockchain. One of the key ingredients to its success is the numerous blog posts about it. Such help keeps the game relevant by spreading news of updates and current events. Repetitiveness introduces the product to new customers and by design keeps the blogger engaged with the product. Think of all the blog posts/ articles and short form content that will be created on the web within the next 24 hours. Not just Splinterlands content but all content. It's important to make sure some of it is Hive Related even if we already posted about or if someone else already posted about. Redundancy/ repetitiveness to us is someone else's first time discovering the greatness that is the Hive Blockchain, Splinterlands, Hive-Engine and the like. This brings me to Post Consistency Broken.

Consistency and the importance of

Consistency is important. Think about a time where there wasn't instant access to your favorite T.V. show. You knew what day and time it was on didn't you. I feel the same about blog posts. If you post daily your readers know that and that creates a higher likelihood of getting your blogged visited by the largest amount of views. This is why I am very much in favor of a daily post. Of course this isn't limited to daily. It could be weekly on what-ever set day and time. It's the consistency that I believe is most important. Of course on Hive there is a financial degree to all this. If you have a large amount of Hive Power and a big vote people will visit you regardless. For the rest of us the standard rules of engagement applies. Post consistency broken: Rentmony is going rogue. Every-time I break post consistency its harder to get back to it. One day break turns into a two day break which turns into a few week break. There been times I haven't posted for months. I think I am going to wing it for awhile with random posts showing up here n there. I'll eventually get back to the consistency of a daily post provided I have something to share but for now it'll be madness of random posts at random times and likely just 3-5 a week sometimes possibly less, possibly more; who knows.

Splinterland Rentals

The header of this post shows the recent cards I placed up in the Rental Market. Some of these cards don't rent very often as they are of the older sets, Alpha and Beta. The older sets do come with additional benefits. I do scratch my head and wonder sometimes about the rental habits of the over-all Splinterlands community. The cards above I placed up are of various lower levels above level one. They rarely rent but I like putting them on the market because its good practice to have various level's of rentals available to the general public. Getting back to the head scratch-er. Be wise with your Rentals. Depending on what your reasoning for renting is the older sets have more bang for their buck. They provide added bonuses that the newer sets don't have. The easiest to point out is their DEC value is much higher compared to modern sets. If you are renting for power, take a look at all the levels of a card you are renting. You can routinely find a level 3 card renting for a similar value as a level two and so on and so forth. It's like anything else; you got to do that research. This is a good time as any to mention the header image in this post has been taken from the amazing site known as PeakMonsters (other sourced images as well). You can click that highlight to visit the site or this raw url: https://peakmonsters.com/. One can never be too careful about clicking links. It's always best to avoid clickable links unless they come from a trusted source.

What Is Splinterlands?

Splinterlands is a #play2earn game hosted on the Hive Blockchain. Assets that have real monetary value are used to earn rewards/ more assets in a robust gaming economy. Such assets are tradable on-site or on many different secondary markets such as TribalDex and Hive-Engine. Don't have a Splinterlands account yet. Well you are in luck because I just so happen to have an ambassador code. Clicking it will start the sign up process. What is an ambassadors code? Its a code that will give me credit for your sign up at no cost to you. Here it is: https://splinterlands.com/register?ref=rentmoney Don't want to use my ambassador code (no worries) here is a direct link that will forgo any credit to me: https://splinterlands.com.

What Is The Hive Blockchain?

----------------------> As defined by @rentmoney
It's many things including but not limited to: A source for information. A host spot for many play2earn games. A place to build your own business. A place to run a blog account. A place to interact with your online friends. A place to expand your knowledge. Your imagination is the limit to what the Hive Blockchain has to offer and could be to you. Creating and curating content on the Hive Blockchain will give you the opportunity to earn the Blockchains main currencies known as Hive and HBD (Hive Backed Dollars). No financial advice has been given in this post. Do your own research before investing/ spending any of your hard earned currencies.

Your explanation of consistency is really great—you've made it very clear in very simple terms how important regular presence is to survive in Hive. Splinterlands' success also shows that consistency is not just a habit, but a key driver of long-term growth.

Thanks for taking the time to read and taking the time to comment.

It's great to hear you resonate with the importance of consistency and repeatitiveness.
One of the 21 rules of Hive, inspired by Michael Taylor, really nails it with rule number 19: “Respect Hive, or it will reveal your inconsistency and inactivity.”To thrive on Hive, whether you are a gamer, writer, creator, investor, or learner, you need to stay active and consistent.
The platform rewards those who engage regularly, because everyone benefits in the end when they commit to participation. And this also spread visibility and creates awareness irrespective of the community. Thanks for updating @rentmoney

Thanks for sharing the quote.

I so much appreciate you,and thanks also for all and what you do for the splinterlands community. The blogs, the campaign and the awareness,it is awesome 👍

Thanks for the kind words.

The cards you set for rent might be good for who's interested in doing tournaments!

It's possible.

I don't know what is available in the tournament lobby as there is too much to do and too little time to do it. Hopefully consistent set specific tournaments become a regular thing at some point.

I feel like you being passive aggressive towards hives folks to remind us to post often. I don’t think everyone loves Splinterlands like we do lol

On the note of rentals I think ever since it switch to limit 1 DEC per a day rental and must be season rental it locked out a lot of players. Without plan and strategy it’s difficult to start earning now more than prior years. Rental market dull drums is the sacrifice made in this type of play.

I feel like you being passive aggressive towards hives folks to remind us to post often.

I can see how one can come to that conclusion. I will say that my posts are only meant to remind using positivity and sharing my reasoning to how I conduct my blog.

I don't suggest posting for the sake of posting but for the enjoyment of doing so.

I don’t think everyone loves Splinterlands like we do lol

Sure they do. They just don't know it yet (Joke).

I was against removing daily rentals. Players being able to test a card out before renting for a full season or before a purchase was my main sticking point. Daily is gone, seasonal is here and that is just how it is until a time comes that it isn't. I think I voted in favor of the 1 DEC floor. Not sure I'd vote the same way again.

Consistency is really important in Hive and Splinterlands. Regular posts not only keep the game relevant but also attract new readers. It’s challenging, but the benefits are huge.

I would have to agree.

Thanks for taking the time to comment.

I appreciate the consistency you are putting in writing blogs daily

Thanks, I appreciated you reading them.

Consistency is vital to achieve the goal and plan more effectively

!BBH

I would agree.
