When asked if land woul;d ever be sold again the team only said that they wanted it to always be rare. They didnt say "no". I keep my fingers crossed for a second chance on this one.
I've seen some posts where the advice is to buy the land while it's below $1,000. I saw some for sub $500. It's a bit much for me, but if things come to pass that land could be worth thousands. So for now, I wait.
