Created in Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+. Here is the timelapse video:

And here is the step-by-step drawing process.
Step One: Rough draft. I use a 40 px pastel pencil to block out the rough shape

Step Two: Line art

Step Three: Slop some colors onto a new layer

Step Four: Use the Colorize feature to auto-color the page using the line art layer as a reference

Step Five: Duplicate the new color layer and do some shading and highllighting. Mostly with oil brushes, gouache, and some big areas of airbrushing

Step Six: Create an "add glow" layer for some brighter illumination from the staff

Step Seven: reduce the opacity of the line art to around 40%

Step Eight: Sign my name in neon green

Step Nine: Profit!
