The Feature Monster

The Ruleset
Mana- 28
Fog of war- All Monsters lose their Snipe and Sneak abilities
Earthquake- Non-flying Monsters take 2 Melee damage at the end of each round.
The Strategy
1. Field as much Flying Monsters as possible.
2. Use only Monsters that have abilities other than Snipe or Sneak.
3. Position Monsters according to Melee, Magic, and Ranged attacks, and in that order.

Daria Dragonscale, Summoner- All friendly Melee Monsters have +1 Melee attack
1. Cursed Slimeball- Speed of 1, Melee attack of 1 +1, and a Health of two.
2. Phantasm: Flying, Return Fire- Speed of 5, Melee attack of 3 +1, Health of 7. Has an increase chance of evading Melee or Range attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability. When hit with a Ranged attack, it will return reduced damage back to its attacker.
3. Manticore: Flying, Reach- Speed of 3, Melee attach of 2 +1, Health of 7. Has an increase chance of evading Melee or Range attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability. May attack from the second position in the team.
4. Dark Enchantress: Flying- Speed of 4, Magic attack of 2, Health of 5. Has an increase chance of evading Melee or Range attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability
5. Fallen Specter: Flying, Demoralize- Speed of 6. Magic attack of 1, Health of 1. Has an increase chance of evading Melee or Range attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability. Reduces all Melee attack of all enemy Monsters.
6. Fire Spitter: Flying- Speed of 4, Ranged attack of 3, Health of 5. Has an increase chance of evading Melee or Range attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability.
The Battle
- My Fire Spitter vanquished enemy Failed Summoner.
2. Earthquake kills enemy Khmer Princess.
3. Manticore eliminates enemy Stone Golem.
4. Phantasm obliterates enemy Enchanted Pixie.
5. Dark Enchantress slaughters enemy Tower Griffin.
6. Fire Spitter decimates enemy Nectar Queen for the win!
The Battle Result
I won this battle with two monsters standing. Whereas I choose to have all Flyers, my opponent had three non-Flying Monsters, but also all his Monsters were on level 1.
My strategy worked. Lining up my Monsters according to there abilities was a sure way to win.
