You can follow these steps to save fee to withdraw DEC/SPS

1. Withdraw to hive wallet
2. Use tribaldex to swap SPS/DEC to SWAP.HIVE (no fee, low price slippage, and convert instantly, very high liquidity)
3. Use Leodex.io to withdraw SWAP.HIVE to HIVE into your wallet
4. Withdraw directly HIVE to BSC.

This way is very useful if you withdraw small amount

small amount is oke, but big amount can't use them because of poor liquidity.

I'm not sure how much is the big amount with you.
But in my opinion, 2.1 M$ in SWAP.HIVE:DEC pool and 1.2 M$ in SWAP.HIVE:SPS is quite a lot, and the swap volume is more than 600 M$ in these 2 pools.
