yes, i understood that, but back then the leagues were divided into different league pools so that all the bronze bot farms couldn't suck the rewards from the champion players. this pool division has now been abolished, now champion and bronze players are nibbling on the same sps pool again. for modern times, the solution is probably good. but we already know what happens in the wild from the past. and yet it's just done

I think the format division will stay, but they're getting rid of the league division. I guess the earnings will basically depend on your rating now.
