People will read your posts because you are on their favorites lists. If you start putting people on dark notification and making them into spam fodder they will consider that abuse and start ignoring you.

You can add an opt out message above the list, so if someone like to exclude the id, may request.
Currently, the list is generated programmatically by the followers list. Opt-out would be complicated now.
