Being a splinterlandlord

Hello my lovely Hivians and Splinterlands-Gamers and Collectors!

Welcome to my weekly update on my doings of being a splinterlandlord, which refers to owning two land plots and buildings on them.
One week has passed, that means: IT IS HARVESTING TIME!

Today I also sent my whole GRAIN harvest to my other plot to restock my food supply. Therefore just IRON got sold for 18,3 DEC, worth dollarwise 0,011. That means the price is holding steady. Quite good for the early phase of LAND.
Once more utility is getting implemented the price could rise significantly.
Of course we don't know what will happen in the future but that is part of putting money in the cryptospace. High risk high return means it is possible to lose a lot, but you can also gain a lot of money.
My approach is building a little income stream from my cryptoassets not speculating on a huge gain in a short period of time.
Slow and steady wins the race.
