Hello splinter boys and girls living in the Splinterverse, hope you all are enjoying the new reward mechanism and the modern and wild formats in Splinterlands with the great opportunity of dozen of loot chests everyday and hundreds of loot chests at the end of season! I am also enjoying it very much and playing Splinterlands everyday. This week there will some great announcement in tomorrow's TOWN HALL and I am very excited about it. Hope you are also eagerly waiting for the announcement!
This is my entry in Weekly Battle Challenge with the water MONSTER ANGELIC MANDARIN which is an useful card for any low MANA match and it is also my one of the favorite in the game. I have use this card with the awesome CL water summoner "KELYA FRENDUL" which increase the speed by 1 and add an extra armor to all the friendly team members. So I like this summoner too much as speed is very important for any match.
This WATER MONSTER is a fantastic card with the excellent number of hearts and decent speed with only 3 MANA cost, I can say that it is one of the best RARE cards among the new WATER card SET! And it is also very cheap to max out the level. Also the excellent abilities of TRIAGE and the SILENCE at higher level make this card an awesome for deck building!
I have chosen this card because of the following reasons-
It has some excellent number of hearts with the RANGE attacks so that it can absorb many sneak attacks.
Also the match was a low MANA match so it was very beneficial to use more cards with lower MANA cost.
This card is one of the cheapest card to put in the deck.
In the ruleset like HOLY PROTECTION more number of cards in the match wining purpose is amazing.
In this battle I have also used the CL water summoner which is one of my favorite SUMMONER KELYA FRENDUL which does excellent job by add one extra armors and 1 speed of all the friendly monsters. The increased 1 speed in ATTACKs is amazing against any teams in Splinterlands.

Let's dive into The Battle
My battle was a 12 MANA battle with the HOLY PROTECTION and the WEAK MAGIC rulesets. And I have chosen my CL water summoner KELYA FRENDUL (level 3) as my summoner. I chose it because my other summoners are in lower level for low MANA matches. And also this is a gold foiled one, so I will get some bonus rewards!
My monster positions
As I expected the enemy team with the Dragon team monsters with the with one increasing armors but my opponent use with one extra life. I chose the KELYA FRENDUL as the summoner as it offers increasing the SPEEDS and the extra armor.
I have chosen the legendary water monster TORRENT FIEND as my primary TANK! as it is a O MANA card with one MELEE ATTACK. So with the DEVINE SHIELD offered by the rulesets it will absorb three attacks as there is the WEAK MAGIC ruleset also. SO I have oput it in the front so that my others monsters can do their job properly.
For my second monster lineup, I have chosen the great O MANA NEUTRAL monster the FURIOUS CHICKEN. It is an awesome **monster without any attacks as it is a neutral. it can be use iun many battles.
Also in this battle it will absorb three attacks from the enemy monsters without any cost of MANA.
My third monster is another 3 MANA super speedy monster PELACOR BANDIT with the outstanding ability of SNEAK and the FLYING so it can attack the last enemy monster. This card is amazing for low MANA battles! The speed and the flying will have much more dodging effect from MELEE and RANGE attacks also.
My fourth monster is the 3 MANA cost and the featuring monster ANGELIC MANDARIN with the good amount of hearts with solid speed and RANGE attack..
My last monster is one of the best low MANA water EPIC monster IGOR DARKSPEAR with the excellent number of HEARTS and RANGE attack with only the cost of 2 MANA which is amazing. This monster is awesome with very low MANA and it can damage the enemy's TANK and absorb many SNEAK attacks effectively!
My battle
When I saw the LIFE TEAM with low level summoner, I was assured that I am going to win the battle very easily.
My first two 0 MANA tanks were doing great job here because of rulesets and extra armor from the summoner. They did excellent job and my others monsters did great damage to the enemy monsters very effectivelly.
Finally I win the match as the all members of my team were amazing! Though it’s a certain winning match but my team did amazing job.
Most importantly, now all the new players can afford this excellent cheap MONSTERS with the excellent abilities at very cheap cost. And these cards can be great cards for any league level in Splinterlands game!

Finally the amazing victory of my team was surprising for me and I got the idea of these rulesets with the amazing flying monsters with higher speed which can lead to an amazing win!
I got 0.335 SPS and 5,056 R-shares from the battle reward by adding 20 trophies.
