A while back, the card's price dropped below $22. I thought about buying it then, but the price went back up before I could make the purchase.

Ahh!! Eternal Tofu, an amazing card. I think it was someone else who delegated that one to you. I delegated some other summoners, but only have one Tofu.
I can't see it dropping much in price while it is still in Modern. $22 would have been a great price.
Lorkus is very good too, but again expensive. I'm not sure how much he is on the rental market, but it might be worth trying out for a season.
I am missing some of the Conclave Legendry Conflicts Summoners at a level I can use, so I've not got good experience with Captain Frankie, Elowen Slyphie, or Loving the Moo. They might be good too, I really don't know, but I do know they don't beat me too often (Elowen maybe the most).
