There is no simple way to get magical internet money :)
But some are easier than others :)
You wrote a post from hospital bed. I have saved that, and showed it to my kids to give them a role model. You are an inspiration for the rest of us.
Sometimes I wonder if it is an illness to be so consistent with it, but I know that while alone in that hospital bed, writing helped far more than anything else and even months later, it has still helped me more than the doctors have been able to. Prior, it helped in many ways too - everyone should write, but without incentive, most will never start because they don't see the point.
And, I am lucky, because Hive is such an interesting place and connects with the most interesting industry to emerge in many decades. :)
I've written (and not collected data and presented) a couple of posts lately based on your theory that 'everyone should write'. They've not made much sense at times but have helped - thank you for the encouragement :)
It is one of the most valuable things we can do for our own wellbeing in my opinion - eating less crap food helps too :)
Yes, some are easier than others. Actually, sometimes it is so easy that it scares the heck out of me. I ask the question, why not others are doing it? I see people toiling on their day job for hours without any prospect. They don't like the work, and knows that it is only matter of time that they will lose their job. And yet, they don't do anything about it. When I explain the details of the magical internet money, I get a blank stare, often worse. So I have stopped doing it lately.
I don't know what to make of this. Who is insane here?
