I wonder how they can enforce that though is my only serious question. It sounds great and all but how will it work?
Not sure. I think for a lot it will be up to the individual - however, the more invested players will likely adhere. This means that if someone/group is suspected of continuing usage, they will scrape the data and uncover it.
Hope that pack doesn't arrive too fast! Or - I hope it is released at the height of the bull market! :D
