SPS are supposed to be governance tokens that allow users to control the future of the game.
How can someone use those tokens to suggest a change?
Example: I really think that Potions should be a tokenable item so they can be moved from player to player.
If I wanted to make a motion to have that implemented how would that happen? Or is that not what SPS are for?
