I understand its needed buying a pass to take part of a lottery and that it costs 2000 DEC, my questions are:

.What are the prizes?
.Is it profitable for a small collection power account?

The pass for the weekly draw is 125dec and the prizes are gold foil arcane, black foil and black foil arcane versions of the rewards cards
