My instincts never fail me, whenever my mind tells me the art piece that would or might make the win list. And I knew for sure that @chopiliart art will make that list, I love the details and glows on his kitty.
And @afa.hb03 I bumped into his art yesterday I think, and I was so blown by the details too, and to think he uses Ibispaint X wowed me the most too. I love his work as well.
