Yooooo!!. I finally decided to give Splinterlands a try yesterday after seeing countless posts about it on this platform, for sometime and over the years. I’d always been curious, but for some reason, I never actually sat down to play until now. I honestly thought it'd be quite complicated and difficult to play, but honestly, it’s pretty fascinating so far. The mix of strategy, card collection, and battle mechanics is simpler and much more straightforward than I expected.
Since it’s my first time playing, I’m still trying to wrap my head around how the cards, mana, and different splinters interact mages and mechanics work. I’ve had a few wins and more losses already, but each battle teaches me something new. I’d really appreciate any tips or beginner advice from those who’ve been playing for a while, especially on how to use a decent deck early on. Also, one big question I have is that can someone really progress in Splinterlands without spending a lot of money? I’ve mixed opinions on this, so I’d love to hear some real experiences. Either way, I’m glad I finally jumped in. It’s fun, competitive

Playing in Frontier you can have fun and be competitive without spending much of money. Playing in Modern or Wild you'll need to spend more to be competitive even in the lower leagues.
Yeah, im just realizing this the hard way
Frontier is a good choice to play withount investment.
For Wild/Modern you have to invest some money, but in the beginning you can just rent the cards and test them before buying them for a much higher price.
Thanks
